      Wow Pow unfortunately you’re right, because JJ Watt when healthy was one of the best defensive players we’ll likely ever see. i mean, the man won 3 DPOY’s in 4 years. only one other guy has 3 of them, and the very mention of his name strikes fear in the hearts and souls of cowboys, eagles, and redskins fans. so yes, you’re likely right in saying that TJ will live in his brothers shadow, however it’s not like JJ isn’t one of the best to ever do it.

    that play at .46 mark is super human(for football), leaps/jumps through the potential blocks of both the r and lt and he took the ball, the only other amazing thing that he somehow could have done would have been to somehow get the ball in the endzone

    It’s like no matter how good TJ does he will always be in the shadow of his brother. If he gets better than his brother (if he isn’t already better) he will still be forgotten. Why is TJ watt so underrated? Nobody ever talks about this guy...and the NFL only ranked him in the 90s for the top 100 players. Y’all need to give this man some RESPECT he deserves 😤

    I call him The Missile, because all of a sudden he just explodes off the line and he’s on your QB immediately. I mean, imagine missing an assignment and leaving this guy unblocked. A nightmare for offensive coordinators, O-Lineman, and QBs alike.

  • @stephenshortt427

    You know what I noticed about TJ is he doesn't engage the offensive lineman. He tries all kind of stutter steps or hesitate/pauses then goes. He does it all in such a short time period. He has to play that way bc he doesnt have that size. He is strong and musculay but not a ton of body weight. He can't lean on and fully engage a lineman bc his size won't allow it. He is very good at what he does though.

  • @ernestlewis8847
    @ernestlewis8847 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    TJ got a chance to become the Steelers greatest defensive player ever. If he stays healthy and that’s no disrespect to Mean Joe and Troy. The man is a phenom with a lot of football left in him…Go Steelers

  • @xPardo-fu7wb

    I wont say he got snubbed of DPOY because he did not have the best stats of a pash rusher (Chandler Jones did), but I will argue he makes more of an impact to the opposing offense than any other defensive player in the league
