I’ve done this and still have to grind espresso at 3micron and getting 18 in 40 out in 20 seconds. Any suggestions for how I can be able to grind for espresso in this and be able to dial in further?
Thanks for the feedback. For an espresso from the EK burr this is quite normal. How does it taste? Have you tried different tamping methods? Espresso from these type of grinders are often a little faster and thinner in body but still delicious
