      you really are missing the point. A judge is supposed to be above reproach, the guy willfully caused thousands of dollars damage on this guys car, not once, but several times. How can you have some one making decisions about the law when he is capable of this type of gutless, underhanded action?

    • @tomconti2903

      farley, as the law stands you can legally park across a driveway on a public road as long as there is not a vehicle parked in it.

    That judge is a prime example of the type of public servants that we need to weed out of office if we are ever going to start repairing any of the corruption damage that is in the justice system. He is caught plain as day keying the guys car on video and he lied about it to the guy's face, this is not the kind of judge that any community should want on their payroll. Calling my local Sherriff’s Dept.non-emergency #; often the poor stupid mutt’d be going from 6:30-7:00 am til WELLLL into the late hours of the night, EVERY.DAMNED.DAY...contacted the ‘neighbors’ through voice on their ‘remote doorbell’ and they were out of town/out of state and saying their dumb-azz(NOT the dog’s fault, though) dog had NOT been out/barking at EVERY change of wind direction for 8/10/12 hours( though I have it recorded on a recording app on phone,for two years!)...finally, about 5 months ago, when yet ANOTHER Deputy came out, the offending ‘dog parent’ came out with the Deputy, like MY AZZ had done something wrong/offensive and gave his personal cell # to me,to be able to ‘call him if the dog was being a problem’...believe the Sherriff’s office and local Animal Control FIIInally read them the statute on the books where they’d be cited and FINED for this excessive bullsheet...Finally, when it was gonna cost this dope something, they made other arrangements(and ALSO had a newborn in the interim, which made having basic human ‘quiet time’ a priority for THEMSELVES!)...Unaware idiots (that likely shouldn’t have dogs OR kids if they don’t have any time to care for them!)abound around us, unfortunately...:)

    When I first moved into my house, I noticed my neighbors dogs pooping in my yard.
    At the time, I had 2 small children that I would play with in the yard.
    I very nicely and politely asked to keep his dogs out of my yard. He said he would be better at picking up his dogs mess. I told him I didn’t want his dogs in my yard, period!
    My fight with my ignorant neighbor went on for months, so I started throwing the poop back in his yard while occasionally hitting his house.
    They still didn’t get the message!
    There was one time when I was wrestling with my kids in the yard and I rolled over some crap in my yard and got it all over me and my son!
    That’s when I grabbed a shovel full of crap and threw it on the assholes windshield.
    This guy rings my doorbell later that day screaming at me and I answered the door with my gun and I told him I tried the nice way with him, and I was done being mister nice guy.
    Finally, no more crap in my yard!
    I found out later I was not the only neighbor that had a problem with this jerk!

      I found the best way to deal with a neighbor is to completely ignore them. I had a neighbor who behind my back complained to the landlord about me coughing too loud when I was temporarily ill, and that she didn't like my friends telling the landlord that my friends were suspicious looking. And yet when this same neighbor sees me she says hello with a big smile...last time she said hello I stared her down and just kept walking....needless to say she didn't like that at all. I haven't seen her face since...good riddance.

      I live on the top a high rise condominium building. I had a neighbor who moved in below me and complained to the management company of how noisy I was. I saw the complaint, she said I was walking loudly, washing clothes, my 7 pound dog jumped off the furniture and my vacuum was too loud. She would use a broom and hit the ceiling with it. One day I had a few friends over for dinner and she started hitting the ceiling with the broom. We all got up and jumped up and down as hard as we could for as long as we could. I wanted to show her what real noise was. She never hit the ceiling with the broom handle again. She died in her condo and was dead for about 2 weeks before the smell of her decomposing body lead maintenance into her unit to find her. The sad part was she had adult children and several siblings that lived in the area.

    Years ago, we had a neighbor who had a big dog that would get out and poo on our lawn and neighbor's lawns. We all told the dog owner of this, but he was a total jerk. Anyway, had a week where I'd picked up after this dog more than enough. After a nice fresh muffin had been left on our lawn, again, I scooped it up and threw it on their front porch, which spattered nicely. Couple days later, that same neighbor confronted me and was ready to fight it out. My dad was there as well and told him that that was fine, we'll take you on. Neighbor said his complaint was just with me and my dad told him he condoned my action and you take us both or shut up. Next time his dog was out, we'd call the pound. Guy backed down, went home and that dog never got out again.

    • @aiahzohar5636
      @aiahzohar5636 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @DivisionFree 83 When foreigners want to come to the US and have us respect their religious... laws ABOVE US law, we tell them this is the US & either they live by our laws or they should leave. So this should apply to us US citizens, too. I don't like trespassers either. But we're a country of laws. And no state I know of allows you to shoot/kill someone just for being on your property unless they're trying to do you or others at your home harm. Again, plz let me know if I'm wrong.

    • @aiahzohar5636
      @aiahzohar5636 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @DivisionFree 83 That doesn't answer my argument. No one says to a foreign religious commune in the US that has warned away Westerners, "well, if Westerners appear on your private property, kill 'em." But that's your argument here. That private property owners have entitlements that supersede those guaranteed by law. And that they're entitled to kill even when the law explicitly forbids it. So just remember your position the next time we Americans are telling other people to live according to US law or get out.

    That last one reminds me of a crooked judge in Tennessee who used to wait, in collusion with the county sessions court clerk, attorneys, staffers and bailiffs, for a defendant waiting for his shot in front of the judge. They would purposely delay his case, then when the person would get up to go to the bathroom, the judge (Walton) would call the peeing person's case. When they didn't appear, he would have them thrown in jail for failure to appear, or for contempt. He did this HUNDREDS of times. But he got sued and had to step down. (Cheers and jeers!) Somehow, he was the only one who got in trouble, and none of the attorneys or the Sessions Court Clerk or bailiffs or staffers even got a wink or nod from the attorney who pressed the judge's termination. Now that's a crime of omission. That's OK. They are all getting theirs. And it hasn't even begin yet. Several of them are under investigation for murder.

Unfortunately, it's a rotating door. Every neighbor is section 8. You can report them violating section 8 by renting rooms or sub-leasing, but nothing ever happens. The city says that they send someone out and they don't see any violations. I think they drive up the street and don't stop. If I could afford to move I would have been split. I had to punch one of the tenants in the face on two separate occasions, not to mention the arguments with other tenants that have lived at the property.

    Oh those Jack Russell Terriers! Awful. They all have that same bark...raspy with a sharp tone right in the middle. Grates on your nerves. We had a neighbor, same thing, same barking...they have the ability to bark for HOURS and keep going, I have no idea how they do it. No breed I am aware of barks as long and as sharp as these. He was a good neighbor and finally got rid of the dog. I have talked to a number of people and they said that breed is great BUT you must spend a lot more time training them to mellow them out. I feel sorry for that neighbor on the video....

      I've owned 2 Rat Terriers in my life. They are cousin to the Jack Russell and just as crazy with the barking.

      All the tiny, yappy dogs do something similar. Should be food for larger animals.

      @OBServe Garage That's horrible. It's a slow, painful death. As a vet tech, I've had the displeasure of trying to save them when they come in. Horrible.

      Do unto others as you would have them do unto you
      The ego is what makes you feel special.

    Makes me thankful for the neighbors I have. Not the best, but could be so much worse

    Good thing you have it on tape and you stated your fear of harm for everyone to know. These videos are proof that humans are the same. Some good and some bad regardless of race or socioeconomic status.
