This video was really close to my heart. I got laid off for the second time at the start of this year (I’ve only had 2 jobs!) and this one hit me very hard as I had to sign an NDA so I couldn’t warn my colleagues either. It was a job I was doing so well in, that I could have done forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for producing such a high quality video around this topic that isn’t just on the legal side (which is abundant on the internet) but the emotional side. I’m on a healing journey from this and I know I’ll get there despite having landed another job (yay). Keep going, your videos are incredible! X

But I think the fact that you found your way so fast, landed a new opportunity shows your immense flexibility, resilience and perseverance - which will make you a treasure for any potential employer! Very relatable video with good examples and tips, I also stays anxious about every possible outcome of my life but I also like the uncertainty in my life(makes life little exciting). And right now I am middle of thinking that my next job is going to make me more happier than what I am doing right now which is not entirely accurate but it is what it is. Also really nice videography!
Another great video! I do agree that the market for roles is going to change significantly over the next decade. AI taking on more menial or knowledge based tasks being a major driving force. For something we do with the majority of our time (our jobs), it's hard not to attach our identities to it, but yeah, if we can detach our meaning and identity from it, we'll be all the better for it.
I really feel it’s the time to learn to be flexible and adaptable. I recently read this quote that AI won’t replace humans but will replace humans who are not willing to learn :) many thanks for your insights!
