I was thinking of this exact thing, although I don't think mine would turn out quite as nice. Seems like nobody makes one that's actually like a dirt bike, except KTM, but it's only the equivalent of a 125. The E-bikes they do make arent in any stores or dealerships so you have to make an educated guess online.. What was the total weight when done? Freaking awesome build bro!

You got the front brake line routed the wrong way. It’s supposed to be on the inside of the fork between the fork and the tire. But otherwise awesome build!

Lost interest when you start babbling on about “oh I’m not going to show how battery was made”. We know it’s a 27s20p. Vtc6 Sony are not rated to 30a. They are max 25a cells. Then try be secretive on a pack that has been done a thousand times in fact I guarantee someone provided you with the info to build the battery. You can keep your mis information and save viewers the way not to build a battery

This is the way.
I want one of these, and I would rather build it than buy it. It would be cool if you had your own line of parts and components that all worked together perfectly and you sold them to the public so that they could build their own bikes but not have to go through all of the guess work. I would totally buy everything from you. I use to build all of my RC planes, helicopters, trucks, buggy’s, boats, you name it, and I enjoyed building them just as much as I did running them. This would be the ultimate build for lots of people if they knew that they could get parts for it without having to fabricate everything, and you would make a killing!

Awesome build. Is the countershaft too far forward from the swingarm pivot? Chain will eat up chain sliders as the suspension goes though full travel.
