Love your videos! The color of the floors with that lime wax is beautiful! Looking forward to more rehab!

More to come! I like the color, too. It's totally worth the labor involved!

Admire your enthusiasm. We had new pine that was also dirty, lotsa bird poop but finished in place with a sanding and varathane. When you finally lay your boards you will have to celebrate.

Thanks for sharing, as I said before I have around 50 sq mtrs of very similar floorboards of a similar age and condition, to either replace or repair, after seeing your work, I think I'll try to do a similar job ... might take my thicknesser on the next trip and see how that works on cleaning them up.. looking forward to seeing you lay your boards.. take care cheers

Tim here : If I was just looking for a good floor (not the vision Karen has 😆) I think I would have removed the boards, powerwashed them, and then run them through a thickness sander. Maybe remill the tongues and grooves if necessary. Then relay the floor and do a traditional sand, coat, polish. This is going to require very careful carpentry to lay the floors evenly.
