Can't go wrong with The Sword. Rock on. You really need to start a stoner/doom side project; you've demonstrated a great ear for it over the last couple years.
That's interesting. The "pre-tone" knob sounds like a tilt eq on the front end of the signal. The "post-tone" knob sounds like a presence knob. Makes sense as the EQ character of a drive gives it a lot of it's flavor characteristics.
Haha Ive been dealing with the same thing in my amps. Usually I roll my volume knob back and it's better but I about to jump and get a Peavey classic 50
I actually wonder how much volume it has on tap. In the case that I'm playing a clean or on the edge of break-up amp, I always light a slight volume boost when I hit an overdrive or distortion.
Answer is: a lot. You can choose to set the output voltage to a maximum of 30V if what you want is to push your tube amp. Check "Kernom Punishing Voltage" to learn more!
Multi-effects don’t work well for me. I also have pretty much all the ODs that I like. I keep three on my board for three different flavors. I can’t be bending down and messing with settings while I’m trying to play. Preset spots don’t necessarily help.
I just got mine. It’s amazing. It’s my only drive pedal now. Setup with g3 midi Switcher
Love my Ridge, new setup looks familiar and awesome sir! Good luck with the European Road Trip Tour!
This sounds really nice and full while still have great dynamics
Somehow no matter what you play through your tone is approximately the same. That's quite impressive!
Love the vid! That pedal is amazing! Also, I am loving your Les Paul Custom 🎸🔥🎸🔥🎸
