Many thanks Tony. Another excellent demonstration full of expert tips and advice. A must watch TH-cam channel for anyone wanting to learn more about studio photography
lots of tips, simple and effective narration going at the right speed, top draw. Thanks very much for the time and trouble you take to make these videos.
Thank you very much for another video. Your methodical way of working really comes over well. May I ask out of interest; what are the pros and cons of the different shutter types you have access to? Why not leave it on the leaf shutter all of the time or perhaps you do but we don't have one ? Thanks again.
Leaf shutters are really useful, however very few cameras have them, I try to keep the techniques I show relevant to the systems available. Having said that it's also important to show all the options, even the ones out of reach to most. Thanks for watching.
I've been trying to get some shots of a butane lighter "just the blue flame and black background" with little success, any suggestions, or maybe even a challenge?
It really is amazing the way this gentleman makes everything lighting-related seem so simple and obvious - just common sense at the end of the day.
Thanks for watching.
I love how you comment on everything you are doing. We know exactly what to do to replicate the shot. Thankyou!!
