My storm/burn haven variant gets wins almost as fast. I dropped grimmy, started running sister initiate. Amulet speed, plus a 5/4 evo that can go face turn 4? Mine also runs themis. So maybe a burn/storm/control you could call it?
She prevents you from running out of steam and deals chip damage over time while simultaneously putting a huge body on board She can be replaced by Phantom Cat if you run few neutral cards

I don't get it, 3 goblins and one cursebrand? The deck doesn't have neutral sinergy so isn't cursebrand a strictly better card? Is it so you don't draw it with baph?
It's just a matter of preference. This deck is too fast for vengeance to be able to take effect. 7 1 drops are used to be able to draw into it consistently. Also, yeah maybe it's to minimize the amount of garbage baph can fetch for you, but i still think it's a matter of preference.
As a Rune player, I have tried my damndest to make a D-shift list that doesn't run Fire chain so it doesn't dilute the Freshman Lou and Merlin pulls, but it just doesn't work. Winter's Caprice is effectively useless without an aoe like chain except for removing last words followers like ouro, mordecai, and khawy.
Ah yes, i've seen this in my ladder recently. It's fun fucking up their tempo by using Zombie party + Soul conversion on my lurching corpse at turn 3 :) I have a variant that runs Vampiric Fortress, what do you think about that?

There is no way this deck outgrinds midrange sword unless the sword got really shit draws or is a really bad/tilted player against aggro Cards like Blitz Lancer, Quickblader and Jeno runs over almost everything in this deck
Change demonic strike for BkB and suddenly this deck destroys Sword. Not to mention that this deck also runs carabosse so it's pretty damn card to run out of steam when you're drawing double the ammount of cards per turn
The deck showcased has no Caraboose, it caps at 5. It will run out of steam. If you survive the early game, that deck is done. Now, if you change Demonic Strike to BKB and have a 6 cast card, Caraboose, you are giving up speed for more mid range. Not saying either version is better, just different.
Check the vid again and see if it runs Carabosse or not. And you're not giving up anything by taking out strikes out instead of BKB because they're both 4 cost cards. The difference being BKB puts a lot more pressure and can get rid of wards so you can go face thus making it a lot safer and faster, without considering it's a full body on the board the opponent has to deal with
im running a version of your phoenix roost deck but instead of Zeus im using Fafnir so that i have more board wipes. its slower but i think more consistent. i got a 10 win streak in B0 ranks.
1 drops aren't as consistent on Alice decks as it is on this one, so it's less likely for the Alice deck to have a 1 drop And if this deck goes first it just wins unless there's an unexpected case of a mad cyclone or removals
Of course, nerf baphomet because bloodcraft is broken with spawn and of passage to kill 2 decks of bloodcraft (azazelxlaura / maelstorm serpent) that despite being almost always victory rarely went well, bloodcraft increased its ratio of victory by the introduction of the spawn And neutral cards that for a time were used with all factions except for one or another card of its own, baphomet only secured victory with his skill but that was the purpose of the card and now is worse than a bronze dragoncraft card (Sorry for my bad English :v)

Aggro blood is basically aggro shadow from TotG era. Most of this deck is actually from RoB, so i don't really mind it. It's an old deck rediscovered through new cards.
Quite honestly, your matchups were too easy that it is quite difficult to measure the strength of this deck. 2 of your games, your opponent missed 2 drop. Missing 2 drop against aggro deck? Come on. The other matchup, your opponent went down to 10 with 3 followers staring at him/her. The only proper matchup was the only matchup you lost. If you could just showcase this deck again with more proper matchups, we can see if this deck is really good.
Carabosse is such a stupid card, the punishment for playing low cost cards is running out of steam and this cards simply rewrites the rules while having a very well stated body. Think she should be a 5/5.

Stone Slide I think those are the grandmaster sleeves you get for reaching for grandmaster.

The reasoning for Goblins instead of Cursebrands might be Baphomet, since you really don't want to get 1 drops from it.
