Nice testing, but you should have looked at your pressure gauge, and realized those injectors flow more than your machines pump can feed which voids ALL of your test data. If you cannot hold consistent pressure to the injectors, then you will not get consistent, reliable, nor accurate results. With injectors of that size you really should be doing them 1 at a time on a machine that small.
@@Super240sxturbodoing some basic math, you would need minimum of 550 lph of fuel to supply 4 of these injectors at 43.5 psi. There are not very many single electric pumps that could supply that, not to mention you would need -8 lines, and a dual feed oversized fuel log to supply them that much fuel. Injector testers like this just cannot handle injectors of this size, hence why I said to only do 1 at a time. 2200 cc's(210 lb/hr, 35 gph, or 132 lph) at 43.5 psi of fuel is ALOT of fuel flow for 1 injector(many V8's use injectors that are only 15-20% this size), and even 1 at a time is more than a machine like this can handle since they only come with about a 100 lph pump.

Exactly, why would anyone do that. Fuel system/injectors are not to be skimped on, tires maybe. For testing, no problem. For the money, you can't really do worse. Going to cost big $ for a professional machine. I am not talking about an Asnu. I do recommend using stoddard solvent ( aka mineral spirits) . The higher quality stuff is close to gasoline in viscosity ( density) and not nearly as flamable. You would have to really try to light off stoddard.
These fuel injector testers are about the same quality as the cheap injectors they test. Fuel pressure is erratic, fuel rail has no loop, most fuel pumps are not adequate. Most are cheap China made and if your gonna test for quality get a good quality tester not a 300 dollar unit off e3ay, but I will say there is good and bad with Chinese made stuff just like everything else. Just about everything we have here is made in China and a lot of it is good quality but they don't have the quality control to cut out the junk either so there's good and bad and it reflects in the price. You have to pay for quality no matter where it's made.
No Maybe in your world .Everything is not made in China. China makes copy's and always has .Junk copy parts .Some dangerous .What happen when you lift restrictions! Japanese parts are well made if your speaking import or global sell outs .Buy American !
Looks like fun. have been eyeballing one of these machines for home use. I work alot with fuel injectors in my career. What fluid are you using? I def. Recommend Stoddard solvent, aka, mineral spirits. It is close to gasoline in viscosity ( higher) so dependeing on the injecto design, may flow more or less. Stoddard is flamable, but you almost have to intentionally light it off. Just keep your vapors contained.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the tests show inconsistencies in favor of the chinesium? 20 secs for medium flow genuine bosch and only 10 for the chinesiums? So, at most it's running a risk of a rich condition?
Don't ever buy cheap China injectors off Amazon or Ebay ETC the safest bet though at times a expensive one is to purchase them from your vehicles manufacturer,Ebay/Amazon fuel injector are made in China and these sellers buy them at wholesale price dirt cheap in bulk so your 60-80 injector set actual price probably 2 or 4 bucks each per wholesale,So no quality control no OEM specification test nothing,I learned the hard way trust me lol
Your test is not a good test. These injectors (genuine or knock off) are too large for your injector tester to have 4 hooked up. If you noticed, the 2 center cylinders get the most fluid amounts because they are closest to the pump. I have the same tester as yours and performed the same tests with the same results for both knock offs and genuine. The fluid pump in your test cannot handle that large of a fuel injector size. You need to test one injector at a time for a valid test. Do this by unplugging all the electrical connectors and plug in one at a time. Also, understand what the functions do for each setting. It's very obvious you are just pressing buttons and spitballing what you think. You clearly don't know what you're doing.
And no it's not a professional machine, $400 is $ store quality.Spend $8000 on an Asnu test bench to qualify you as a professional!.You are 'shade tree' at best.
We're they $70.00 each or all 4? What happens on a used car lot when the bottom line is Amaz/eBay, by CCP slave labor. Wouldn't trust the copper winding for long🔥Thanks for Trying 🤐
$70 injectors are for a $700 project car. $450 injectors are for a $4500 project car. Pretty simple. Some might say $4500 injectors for a $45,000 project car... but I wouldn't. You can't get better than the 2200cc Bosch injectors. Get twice the amount of injectors per cylinder, and double the entire fuel system, for twice the power. Still not going to cost you $4500... and that's the entire system... Ok, maybe on a modded Hurican Performante... oh, but, that's not a $45,000 car, now is it.
So you used an incorrect setup on a crap testing machine (yes, i have tested It and It Is a crap).....and made a video making statements that have no sense. TH-cam....
What we are seeing is Chinese plagiarism in both the test bench as well as the Injectors themselves.Thank you for the waste of time. 'Man up and buy a professional test bench'. The results will be different but still junk Injectors
Id say the real problem is they are Chinese knock offs but not really! Hence the package says it was actually manufactured and made in Germany! So it seems to me that the results say more about the current state of "German Engineering" and is on them more then the Chinese! Not at all saying the Chinese aren't responsible for some real crap but when you are crap broke plenty of times the Chinese options have resulted in getting me back on the road cause i didnt give myself false hope and knew what i was getting was what i paid for! The Germans to me should be the ones who take this L on the mr chin! Lol IMO but i dont see where im Wong! Lmao

Hey Melvin, have you found any other reputable places online for True injectors? Jeep does not carry mine 93' GC I6 4.0
"Unbranded"
fuel pressure to injectors cant keep up, not a great test. unplug injector pigtails and only hook up one at a time and test again.
You're testing on a 'micky mouse' test bench and testing junk Injectors from China How much is it today for an engine rebuild?I rest my case!
Plot twist he is the seller 😆 jk
Injectors are loud lol
Just so you know, the money sign comes before the number. Like this. $450
Huh, that's a good point didn't think of that. Have you by chance done a similar comparison with your methods?
Funky China
Rip off companies charging high price
conclusion:
buy genuine parts
Machine setup, use and test method is completely flawed... do it properly which is 1 at a time on a junk machine like this.
The fluid you use is not what it should be. Way too much foam.....
And no it's not a professional machine, $400 is $ store quality.Spend $8000 on an Asnu test bench to qualify you as a professional!.You are 'shade tree' at best.
Why would you cheap out on injectors? 70 vs 450$
Please if 380$ is nothing for u can you make me a donation?
thats easy $70 injectors and lets go lean and melt a piston
$380 vs $5k engine rebuild
$380 = nothing in the bigger picture
My truck uses DENSO injectors Toyota want 600 a piece not including tax these cheap nock offs are 500 for the set
So you used an incorrect setup on a crap testing machine (yes, i have tested It and It Is a crap).....and made a video making statements that have no sense. TH-cam....
My machine works great now that i fixed its leaks ...and the point was to show how bad the knock off injectors flow
Junk !
Lol
IMO but i dont see where im Wong!
Lmao
