    I hit another birthday today, 75 which seems amazing as I am still doing your workouts nearly every day, maintaining my strength. I think we septuagenarians are the “sensational 70’s”! Thankyou 🙏

    I noticed you are bending your knees in all the exercises. I didn’t notice it as much in earlier videos. Is this to protect the back ? I have a bad low back so anything to not aggravate it and still workout is my goal. Thanks, your a great motivator!

    Hello Everyone! Since starting this fabulous 50s workout I feel so motivated. Schellea Fowler is a great motivator and makes it so easy to keep you moving on even when you feel breatheless and aching.       Same thing flappy arms. I started with 2lb weights. May need higher. Or just ease in gradually. Thoughts?

    Really like the arm routine. I have very painful legs due to a muscle disorder, so I do all exercises out of a chair. This arm routine can be done very well out of a chair. I would appreciate more chair workouts.

    I work at a Preschool and we just cl oil sed for summer vacation. It was a good year covid wise and we did it !     My burn score was 3 maximum but I've been doing batwing exercises about 2 times a week for a few months. But I still haven't noticed any batwing improvement. I do know batwing exercising needs to be done several days a week with a barely tolerable burn by the end of the workout. Trying to step it up. I'm so thankful for all of Shelly's videos.

    I did this workout for the first time this morning. Started with 1.5kg (3lbs) - but halfway through realised that was just a tad ambitious!! Reduced to 1kg (2lb) - that will be my chosen weight for a while on this one I think! 🏋️‍♀️

    What a Wonderful Workout. My arms are flabby with weight loss and I prefer not to get surgery to fix them. Doing this will definitely help with getting that muscle firm and tone. I love the music. Even though I'm working out,I feel relex. Thank You ❤

    This my 2nd time doing this. I used 3lb weights last time and 5lb weights this morning. My arms are on fire! Thank you for this workout! I want slim arms again.🥰💪

    Wow! this one was perfect, really felt the BURN, doing good Schellea at getting stronger. I almost have 40lbs. off now, really feeling better in Health, thank you for the motivation and the great exercise's you provide.] love you to the moon and back' Many thanks to you sweet lady for all you give so freely of your time. You ROCK!!!
