I thought silk vinyl and weather guard paints are oil paints and we use kerosene to mix them.

Silk vinyl and weather guard are emulsion paints (water based paints) and we use water to mix them
Whereas
Gross paint is the one an oil based paint and we use kerosene to mix it

Would mixing gloss with petro oil/ gasoline cause items to be highly flammable? Just curious.

Yes, mixing gloss paint with oil petro/gasoline will cause the item to be flammable. Its importance is to ease application on the surface. It is a solution when operating on a low budget.(commonest)
In the presence of a high budget, you can use specific thinners from the factory but with guidance from the Engineer or the manufacturer

@@ianconstruction Oh ok, even thinner can be flammable too I guess. I’d opt to use the gloss with petro/ect away from kitchen areas 😅 but I understand it’s all in what budget someone has.

How do you estimate for filler??

Filler is a mixture of whiting powder, white Cement and undercoat
1kg Whiting mixed with 1kg white Cement and 1.5L of undercoat. When the above is mixed, the paste formed will fill gaps to cover an area of around 10 square metres depending on the degree of roughness of your wall or the number of dents on the wall surface.
