Additionally, the fair use defense to copyright infringement was codified for the first time in section 107 of the 1976 Act. The Act codified this common law doctrine with little modification. Under section 107, the fair use of a copyrighted work is not copyright infringement, even if such use technically violates section 106. While fair use explicitly applies to use of copyrighted work for criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research purposes, the defense is not limited to these areas. The Act gives four factors to be considered to determine whether a particular use is a fair use: the purpose and character of the use (commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive); the nature of the copyrighted work (fictional or factual, the degree of creativity); the amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work used; and the effect of the use upon the market (or potential market) for the original work.
i met the power at the foxcover in ashington, some years ago. he was a delight. i played jocky in an exhibition match at sandy bay, i was shaking so much it was terrible. but he beat me when i was left with 85, i was a teenager but he was so lovely. A gentleman and a wonderful person to be around, i just basically crapped myself being in his presence. i played left handed ofc.. lol. awesome stuff. TY for the upload :DD

Jocky had Dartitis absolutely no doubt about it. Yes he was class and would have definitely won loads more. Only fly in the ointment was Bristow, who had so much will power along with his Dartitis. He had it for years before he admitted to it. Fact. You must not believe everything you hear. Even from the horses mouth!!!!
Robert B White bristow only got dartitis in 1987 or 1988. He didn't have it before that. You watch him in the years between 1980 and 1986 his throw was excellent. No sign of dartitis in them years..

Bristow always struggled with jocky in comparison to other players. Jocky didn't fear him.. Upped his game
