It’s amazing how much the game has changed. Taylor shooting 122 with his opponent on an out hits T18, T18 to leave D7 which is obviously the correct shot and the announcer says “what an unusual way to go”.

Taylor is the best ever, from a pool of millions of players, from thousands of pub teams. I played every day at lunch time and, at 60, I have my own dart board still. I must have thrown a million darts in 50 years and I'm yet to hit a 180 (I've done a Robin Hood twice ... but that 3rd dart doesn't count...!!) He should be OBE because I can't think of a more successful, or dominant, British sportsman. I guess it's because it doesn't involve horses.

How can you say 2nd best when their own head to head is 34-26 Taylor?? This is Taylor on the back end of his career as well.. So had they both met in their prime, I'd imagine the score would be even more devastating.
