I have been doing the lectin free diet for about 2 weeks. I'm 8lb down and feeling what good digestion actually feels like. I feel hungry again which sounds bizarre but hours after eating I know my digestion has finished what it was doing and is ready to process the next meal. Feels amazing knowing my body is working better.
Just got my 6 month lab work today and cholesterol went down 70 points, with HDL and LDL going in correct direction. All this after 6 months on plant paradox. I try to get everyone to convert! Just amazing.

Easy way to process cabbage: 1. chop cabbage in 3-2 “ pieces 2. Loosely pack into a blender 3. Cover with water, add 2-3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 4. On very low speed chop cabbage to size and texture you like. 5. Drain cabbage and save the strained water. It’s good to drink add salt to taste 6. Pack your fresh chopped cabbage in a container again add salt. 7. So easy to add cabbage or measure /weigh it out

Black Strap Molasses is a very good source of magnesium, I believe, as well as bearing other minerals and vitamins. A tablespoon of it with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) dissolved in warm enough to dissolve water, is supposed to make a good ratio of magnesium to potassium (1:1) to help maintain suspension of calcium in the blood until appropriate utilization of it rather than inappropriate deposition ie calcification. It is also supposed to be able to, bit by bit, dissolve calcifications (according to Mr. Bragg of his vinegar fame).
How about glyphosate in local honey? It seems to be a persistent problem in the US. That is why even organic honey here is not marked as glyphosate free.
Dr. Foundry, can you please talk about the supplements you take and why? I would love to know the answer to that and what you might recommend for fibromyalgia and Hashimotos disease

I have been really enjoying your show. I have been drinking Energy Renew and vital reds daily now. Vital reds for about 6weeks and energy Renew for two weeks. Great Natural Source of magnesium are the greens Of Daikon radishes. When I searched online It said of coarse you can eat them. what you need to ask yourself. Any leaves that grow a radish that large has to be packed with very large magnesium in them. When I wen to Whole Foods I saw many customers broke the tops off and left them on top of thee radishes so I just added to the radishes to take home With Coved they are keeping the greens out back but if you call and ask them to leaves on the Radish.

At the same time we are greatly saddened by news from one of our dear family member who was recently diagnosed with cancer in the brain and was sent home from hospital about a week ago to his family for the final stage... Excellent presentation as is always the case on this channel. At MINUTE 36:00, Dr. Gundry states that temperatures used in making expresso and chocolate will kill / deactivate any mycotoxin. This isn't correct. Mycotoxins [types of organic acids] can withstand temperatures 1,000° F and more. In the USA, they're used for biological warfare via aerosols like the ones sprayed over Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing over 1 million people and who knows how many animals. Gundry is right about some people not reacting to molds and other fungi.

Great information, as usual!! You mentioned that unblanched almonds were not advised, but did not have an issue with almond 'milk.' Are the lectins in the almond skins neutralized somehow in the 'milk' -making process to make it acceptable on your diet?
I add Cream of Tartar to my smoothies to increase my potassium to the RDA levels. I also make magnesium water with potassium chloride to the water. It dissolves easily.
I wouldn't recommend millet, just not worth the risk to the thyroid from the goitrogens. Here's what that means, from Wikipedia: "Goitrogens are substances that disrupt the production of thyroid hormones by interfering with iodine uptake in the thyroid gland. This triggers the pituitary to release thyroid-stimulating hormone, which then promotes the growth of thyroid tissue, eventually leading to goiter."
Question: I am a woman 64 yrs old with recent bad roasacea, but have been treated since I was 40 yrs. I breakout with pimples and have flushing of the skin. My Dermatologist does NOT think roasacea has anything to do with the micobiome or too much bad gut bacteria. Currently, he has me on antibiotics and cream. My confusion continues! We are to drink only A-1 milk or eat A-1 cheese....but then you said that cream, and cream cheese and sour cream can be consumed....even if they are not from A-1 cows, right? (I want to make sure). If cream cheese is okay, why isn't any cheese okay (is it because cream cheese is heavily made up of cream?). Can you keep having shows and answering all of our questions on the "yes" and "no" foods? That would be great!!! There is still so much confusion. I have been on your diet for 2 years, so I'm a fan.
A-1 milk should be AVOIDED. A-2 milk is OK. Cheese from European cows is OK because they are A-2 cows. Cream cheese and heavy cream, sour cream from any cow is ok because it's cream not milk. Buffullo, goat and cow milk and cheese are all OK.
The French people have never heard of that stuff. They eat lots of cheese and quite healthy. Maybe it's just cheese in America is fucked up like any other food.
Dr Gundry in your books you reccomend cassava flour from wich tapioca is made too. In one of my holidays I have discovered a very yummy dessert called sago made with tapioca pearls and coconut milk. Since cassava flour is ok, does it make tapioca pearls a yes for longevity paradox program, please?

Would love to see an updated listing of which 'processed' foods are acceptable since you mentioned that formulas change in some products making them more (or less) suitable. For example, Hillary's root burgers which you promote in the Paradox book are now made with cold expressed canola oil (see website), not coconut oil anymore. Are they still acceptable on your diet?

I feel the same way. Even though I may not cut out every single "bad" thing, I am doing a heck of a lot better than my old fast food diet! Lol Just take it one step at a time- nothing will ever be perfect, and that's ok

I gave up dairy for 14 days and have never felt better don't think I am going back to dairy I feel better without it!!!
Its NOT the dairy, its the inflammatory A2 casein unnatural cows milk, homigenization and pasteurization.

At MINUTE 36:00, Dr. Gundry states that temperatures used in making expresso and chocolate will kill / deactivate any mycotoxin. This isn't correct. Mycotoxins [types of organic acids] can withstand temperatures 1,000° F and more.
In the USA, they're used for biological warfare via aerosols like the ones sprayed over Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing over 1 million people and who knows how many animals. Gundry is right about some people not reacting to molds and other fungi.

Great information, as usual!! You mentioned that unblanched almonds were not advised, but did not have an issue with almond 'milk.' Are the lectins in the almond skins neutralized somehow in the 'milk' -making process to make it acceptable on your diet?
When you pressure cook beans should you rinse them before eating them. I usually leave any water as the base for whatever I make with it

I add Cream of Tartar to my smoothies to increase my potassium to the RDA levels. I also make magnesium water with potassium chloride to the water. It dissolves easily.

I wouldn't recommend millet, just not worth the risk to the thyroid from the goitrogens. Here's what that means, from Wikipedia: "Goitrogens are substances that disrupt the production of thyroid hormones by interfering with iodine uptake in the thyroid gland. This triggers the pituitary to release thyroid-stimulating hormone, which then promotes the growth of thyroid tissue, eventually leading to goiter."
Question: I am a woman 64 yrs old with recent bad roasacea, but have been treated since I was 40 yrs. I breakout with pimples and have flushing of the skin. My Dermatologist does NOT think roasacea has anything to do with the micobiome or too much bad gut bacteria. Currently, he has me on antibiotics and cream. Do you think rosacea is linked to leaky gut and lectins? I am currently on the Keto diet. Thank you.

My confusion continues! We are to drink only A-1 milk or eat A-1 cheese....but then you said that cream, and cream cheese and sour cream can be consumed....even if they are not from A-1 cows, right? (I want to make sure). If cream cheese is okay, why isn't any cheese okay (is it because cream cheese is heavily made up of cream?). Can you keep having shows and answering all of our questions on the "yes" and "no" foods? That would be great!!! There is still so much confusion. I have been on your diet for 2 years, so I'm a fan.
A-1 milk should be AVOIDED. A-2 milk is OK. Cheese from European cows is OK because they are A-2 cows. Cream cheese and heavy cream, sour cream from any cow is ok because it's cream not milk. Buffullo, goat and cow milk and cheese are all OK.
Raw milk is best. Even camel milk is good.

Dr Gundry in your books you reccomend cassava flour from wich tapioca is made too. In one of my holidays I have discovered a very yummy dessert called sago made with tapioca pearls and coconut milk. Since cassava flour is ok, does it make tapioca pearls a yes for longevity paradox program, please?

Would love to see an updated listing of which 'processed' foods are acceptable since you mentioned that formulas change in some products making them more (or less) suitable. For example, Hillary's root burgers which you promote in the Paradox book are now made with cold expressed canola oil (see website), not coconut oil anymore. Are they still acceptable on your diet?
Post a video of you cooking variety of comfort foods in pressure cooker. . . rice, potato which you don't like, beans... Would be interested in the problems encountered.

I feel the same way. Even though I may not cut out every single "bad" thing, I am doing a heck of a lot better than my old fast food diet! Lol Just take it one step at a time- nothing will ever be perfect, and that's ok
