    Right off the bat Dr. Lee describes the Roman Catholic Church!! Love this vid because it basically admits that the Church Christ established was the Roman Catholic Church. Catholics still till this day celebrate the Eucharist .

    An important point to remember is that when someone says that Christianity is a product of the Roman Empire, this can't be true because they were enemies and directly contradict each other.

    This vid debunks the fact that a lot of people think that the Catholic Church was started by Constantine which is rediculous because as stated in this vid Christs followers were already meeting on Sundays and celebrating the Eucharist which is literally partaking in the flesh and blood of Jesus as he commands us to do in John ,Corinthians and others. That’s why they were called cannibals .

    It should be clear that in addition to everything these brothers were saying, YHWH never endorses religion - that includes Christianity It has always been about a relationship with Him, not rituals, ceremonies, and political associations. The word 'christos' was used even before our Messiah was born. It denoted all of the European deities worshipped in Greece and Rome. The word itself means "anointed," but not in the way you would think or have come to know. Being drunk or high brings a euphoria that gives someone a state of feeling 'unnaturally good.' This is the relation of "wine & spirits." Christ is NOT the same "anointing" as the hebrew 'Mashiyach' for Messiah, which means "smeared" because when a priest, king or prophet was 'anointed' into validity, they were 'smeared' by olive oil on top of their heads. Followers of the pagan god Serapis were called 'christos' as well. When the 120 Believers were given The Set Apart Spirit at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), people around them thought they were *drunk* and called them 'christionay.' Notice I said Set Apart Spirit, not Holy Ghost. Holy comes from the greek 'heile,' and means "warmth from the sun (god)," and a ghost is a demon perpetrating a real person. We have to stop adopting all of these false titles, brothers and sisters. Believers were also called Cretons because people from Crete were regarded as stupid - a term still used today. Now, as you can see, being called Christian was synonymous with being called Creton, and in either case was meant in a derogatory term. So, drop the religion, stop clinging to nonsense, and just follow The Truth.

      @@wordassassinhebrews4125 our Messiah is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Never in time have those titles been more important than now, where there's so many people claiming individual "truths," who decides if someone lives or dies, and the many roads they claim there are to whatever enlightenment they're looking for. The Word is The Truth, He does not move, He does not change, He does not bend to our whims - He is absolute, infinite, and completely reliable.

    It always amazes me that religious professors, apologists, theologians and scholars of Christianity don’t use scripture in a realistic manner to explain the biblical origins of Christianity. There were no “white/Arab” Christians, they were all Hamitic and Semitic people under the imperial captivity of the descendants of Japheth.
    Japheth
    Also Diphath. Literal meanings are opened, enlarged, fair or light (father of the Caucasoid/Indo-Europoid, Indo-European, Indo-Germanic, or Indo-Aryan races - Japhethites). Japheth is the progenitor of seven sons:
    Christianity is fighting hard to keep black people believing race has nothing to with Jesus (he’s a metaphor and personification of truth) and Christ was black because the Hebrews and ALL Semitic people are black people!!!! Christianity was purposely whitewashed by the Romans to steal the identity of Christ (truth) in exchange for a false understanding of righteousness and truth. That’s the false Christ! The fact that he was depicted as a white man is just a visual clue that the institution and teachings of Christianity are deceptions a.k.a. the deceiver or the devil. Christianity is the devil hiding in plain sight and it’s the major reason why black people will never be equal or have a realistic understanding of ourselves.
    There’s a major difference between the biblical Christians and the modern day religion of Christianity which is definitely a Eurocentric Romanized understanding of the Hebrew Bible and world history.

    • @AsarFilms
      @AsarFilms 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly I understand what he was trying to convey in this video but he’s being disingenuous in my opinion. Most of the Christianity practiced on a WORLD scale today does in fact originate in Rome especially in European countries. Black peoples in American main conception of Christianity is Euro American Protestant Christianity and it’s offshoots who’s mother is THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE.
      But what most Christians refuse to acknowledge when speaking on the first “Christians” are the gnostics and the Essenes. Most modern Christians believe early gnostic Christian teachings to be demonic. Modern black Christian’s truly believe that what is taught to them in churches today, and what is interpreted by their already bias opinion on the Bible being the LITERAL word of a universal creator God is what the early Christians actually believed and followed. That is why the Dead Sea scrolls presents such a stumbling block for them and which is what I’ve noticed on this channel.

    Christianity itself is not truly tolerant of other cultures and peoples especially indigenous cultures. It’s tolerant on a surface level. Many people today believe just because they themselves may be tolerant of certain behaviors and ways of living that their religion and even God is tolerant of it at its core.
    Christian apologists like yourself seem to believe that just because a culture has certain CONCEPTS and maybe a similar idea of a one supreme creator that it automatically means Christianity as a true psycho spiritual way of living can be tolerant of the peoples long established traditions and ways of thinking. Mind you most indigenous people that did fully adopted Christianity 10 times out of 10 either rejected the traditions of their ancestors or engaged with their cultural ways on a surface level. It can be applied the other way around too. Many Enslaved Africans interacted with Christian ideas and iconography on a surface level to SURVIVE and it didn’t present to much of a challenge since many of the philosophical ideas of Christ already existed within their culture, yet Christians tend to paint this picture that the ideas and teachings of Jesus is somehow unique to only Christianity.
    For example it’s kinda like people referring to marriage between a man and woman as a “biblical concept” of marriage. It paints a picture to the uninitiated that marriage originates in the Bible which is false or even that a monogamous marriage is uniquely biblical. Apologetics in African terms is surface level to me because although Christianity may have existed on the continent outside of Rome does not mean Christianity and Christian thought is fundamentally African, even Ethiopia had a spiritual tradition predating Christianity.
    So yea we can be a Christian of color and have a African veneer to it. Culturally we as African peoples have a very distinct look. But I guarantee you that’s about how far it goes because most of that Bible is violently against anything our ancestors would have practiced, venerated, or believed in.

    I get what he is trying to spin this as. Getting through this video was kinda hard. You have to truly understand peoples agenda with somethings. He is trying to make an argument that Christianity itself originated in Rome which any serious thinker and researcher already knows to be false. Christianity as a spiritual tradition did not BUT what most of the world on a global level practice as Christianity today DOES in fact originate in Rome. Especially in European countries. He keeps saying that the Black community in America will say that yes Christianity comes from Rome when most black Christians and non believers who only grew up around SOUTHERN AMERICAN Christianity only have the perception of Euro American Christianity who’s mother is The ROMAN Catholic Church.
    The Christianity of most of America today is very different than original early Christianity. That’s why most try to discredit the early Gnostics, early MYSTICAL Christian sects and the Dead Sea scrolls as somehow not being “Authentic” Christianity. See to acknowledge them then any genuine person would have to then question what exactly is “original” Christianity. Also using the early persecution of Christians in Rome is slightly off as they never tell u what kind of Christians were persecuted. Just saying Christian to the uninitiated conveys the idea of o a Christian like me.
