Kemeticism is the way christians, Hebrews, and Muslims always lose when you debate us.

As a kemetic myself, I think you made some dope points. Kemetic spirituality is beautiful and promotes self empowerment. It connects you the earth and we do believe in a most high and the god/godesses are apart of the same source. It’s all about finding peace and fulfillment through whatever channels of faith you have.

Dr. Bantu wrongly claimed the Bible and kemeitc stories have very little in common with each other regardless of all the commandments that weren't specifically directed towards god such as "thou shall have no god before me" all were in the 42 negative confessions of Ma'at, which if you believe the story of exodus(which doesn't make sense considering Moses's Israelite mother sent in a basket on the river knowing the pharaohs daughter would receive him, even though there is no river connecting Israel to Egypt and the one and only river in Egypt flows south to north meaning either he would have to be had sent from Nubia or Punt in the south or the story isn't true bc it would be impossible to flow from the Mediterranean Sea back into the Nile and go north to south), Moses would have learned and recited from a young age. Also the Heru(Horous) was born of a virgin birth, and holds the ankh(cross). Ausar (Osiris), Auset (Isis), and Heru (Horus) are similar to the Holy Trinity. Isis's name is meri. He was born in December. Etc. not to mention Atum, Amun, etc
He also claims that it's a false claim that the enemy is using that Christianity stole its stories from Egypt when it can be debated but it's undeniable that almost every trope in the Bible was a trope in Mesopotamia,Africa and Asia for thousands of years. For example Genesis clearly gets its influence from The Book of Knowing The Creations Of Ra and Striking down Apophis" which was written between 3100BC-2700BC compared to the Old Testament which was written from 538-198 BC which describes Ra as creating the earth with Maat which is righteousness, truth, justice, order, harmony etc. and how Apophis who is resembled by a snake who resembles the serpent of evil and chaos.

Wow! Buntu says critically that believers in Kemetic spiritually or religion believe in a god that can be killed. Then says that Christians believe in a God that is eternal. He is using all this critical thinking/reasoning/logic to refute other's beliefs, yet can he not reason to see, that it is unreasonable to say that an eternal being can be a sacrifice? Where is the loss in that? On his comments comparing the two different versions of conception. The point is that they both say conception was done by a non-physical means, thus both can be seen as miraculous. As a non-believer, it seems to me the origin thought of the Hebrews or the chosen people may well have been chosen individuals among all groups of people, who would eventually convert the people they live among. This seem much more reasonable than obvious problem of putting this responsibility into the hands of a people, strange to the vast majority of the population. Talk about a self fulfilling prophecy! No matter how much faith believers say they have, they still find it necessary to deal and rely heavily on critical thinking/logic/ reasoning. Significant numbers even rely on western psychology. Whether any of us believe in any of the stories/narratives concerning our being and eventual fate, we do have to think our way through this time we have, and most even non believers will have to have a measure of faith that at the end of life, what happens next will be alright - certainly not as bad as the worst, we have experienced here. Think about it - what else can be worthy of such a fate of the hell, that is said to a wait non-believers and or the non-saved? Wouldn't another punishment be redundant, if paradise was sacrificed by a disobedient act? Why do the creatures of creation suffer as we do? What offence did they commit? And they don't even get a chance at a reward. What have people made God out to be? How could one even imagine how people are to engage in, a relationship like this? Religion is arguably as explosive as nuclear weapons, both in the hands of human beings, can destroy the world, especially the one that has a built-in excuse to.

      @GerardHills 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Not sure about Maat vs. Moses. I'd have to read morea bout that, but the answer to your last comment is "technically no". The Christian faith is rooted in Judaism which would predate some Kemet-based concepts. I think the point Dr. Bantu is trying to make is that if a person ascribes to the Christian faith as a follower of Jesus, then there are ways to talk with persons that ascribe to the Kemet-based religion in order to have a meaningful conversation about Christ. Further, Dr. Bantu provides tools for the Jesus follower to have this conversation in an educated way such they can answer questions should they arise. If anything was to be gained from the lecture, I think just being respectful of others beliefs while discussing matters that are important to them was a great point. Thanks for your comment @Whats Hatnin. It's important for all of us to question information as we seek. My prayer is that all of us will be with Jesus when it's all said and done. Peace Fam!

If you dont know much about Ma'at then you are not qualified to answer this question.. And if you still think Judaism predates anything dealing with Ancient Egypt, then you are in really not qualified to answer this question. But i respect your honesty and humility. That motivates me to be the same way.

    • @GerardHills
      @GerardHills 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@whatshatnin4572 I will definitely look more into Ma'at. I remember learning that the roots of Judaism started with its Israelite people. Though first known tablet manuscripts describing practices of Judaism would not be written until 1500 BC, the people would have passed these stories along via oral tradition. First documented settlement of the Israelite people with their communal practice of the oral tradition were seen in the Bronze age around 3300BC which would predate some Egyptian organized religion around 2500BC. So, that's where I got that notion from. But I'll definitely read more about these things. I'm definitely not a scholar in this area; albeit, I find these topics very interesting. It's amazing to me how people over time have come to learn and express information about their creator. Thanks again for sharing! I appreciate you.

Dont let this man lie to you. The “Judgment” that Ancient Egypt talks about is different because it judges you off your good works.
      Christianity does not teach this:
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Our God created the Heavens and the Earth (Genesis 1:1) so that obviously predates Egypt and Jesus death on the cross was prophesied way before Egypt existed as well (Genesis 3:15)

I remember years ago I studied with a group of messianic Jews and they kind of warned against this train of thought. Dr. Bantu claims that Christianity at its core is not a oppressive white mans religion, when in the Bible itself it clearly states in Acts that Paul, a white Roman man from Turkey and Barnabas a white Jewish man from Cyprus were the first to spread the word of Christ starting in turkey and spreading it to Antioch in the levant with letters. Therefore Christianity quite literally began with a white man, in a white mans land. Prior to Christianity, Jesus and all his followers were brown west Asian Jews. Not to mention the entire New Testament was originally written in koine Greek, ironically the very language of the people who oppressed, persecuted, and exiled the Jews, and also ironically the language that replaced Hebrew after it died out while the New Testament was being written.
His argument is that if people claim Christianity originated from Egyptian/African spirituality than therefore even if the white man did steal it, the core concepts are still African making it still an African religion is a poor argument bc it's common knowledge that the Greeks stole their mythology, philosophy, and all other studies from Egypt yet they're still all known as Greek studies due to the cultural changes they made to them.

I have no idea why this appeared in my feed but I listened. Why would any sane person "tackle" KMT without knowing the actual practices, or citing an ability to read the Mdu Ntr language? It's deeply concerning that you say your faith welcomes all, "tolerates all" but you're clearly at war with other people who practice their own paths that are not yours, while claiming to be persecuted. There's a power implied that people of African descent are running around persecuting Christians. Where is that happening? Is it legally, politically, economically, educationally, physically, psychologically? It seems you're referencing Black Americans as the perpetrators of these acts of war against Black Christians. What a distasteful lie, because there's no evidence that people practicing KMT spirituality have the interest, power or resources to attack Black Christians. Is telling you "no" that big a threat to your faith that you'd produce a video that ignores historical and cultural and linguistic evidence for how people of African descent lived before and after Christendom was formed. Or Islam, or any other faith. What's going on with black peoples' quality of life around the world, which should be a reflection of the God they follow, correct? Living the laws of Ma'at is to practice truth, justice, harmony, balance, propriety, order, reciprocity and no Priest or Priestess of KMT I know would waste time competing with this childish "my religion is better than yours" argument. I'm not one, but truly respect what I've investigated so far. Being a Christian is to fall in line with the institutions of Christendom - a very powerful vessel for controlling societies, and taking resources, to the complete disadvantage of African people for 2,000 years. It is religious imperialism and unseemly that your mouth says to show "respect" while your word are actually insulting other African people's choices as a cult, calling them enemies, and pagans for trying a new path that may be better for their life journey. The war against African people's humanity came in on Christendom's Trojan Horse (a Roman strategy of war). If you want to practice it, by declaring war on those who resist, without a scientific understanding of what the culture really offers, that's fine, but be clear what your claiming isn't a relationship with God, it's a preference for a war like, dominating culture, which is what Christendom emerged from. Trust and believe the Roman Catholic Church (inheritors to Greece and Rome) have never and will never allow full scale worship of the Shrine of the Black Madonna, which tells you this color-blind idea in Christianity is a fraud. Yeshua/Jesus' color matters because folks in power are trying so hard to say it doesn't matter. But in practice, the vilification of Black people using Christian scripture is the cancer, not a small number of people committed to the culture and history of an ancient KMT. That's why this video is so out of order. The 42 Declarations of Innocence, recorded at least 4,000 years before Christianity was organized, requires much more personal accountability. Google and compare them to the 10 commandments. One teaches you how to be, the other tells you what to do. Sadly the most recent Christian death cults in Kenya show the result of religious hysteria, and lack of critical thinking Dr. Bantu, there's no need to "engage" KMT spirituality until Christianity's house is in order - Christendom is addressed and more families of African descent are better off legally, politically, economically, educationally, physically, and psychologically. Maybe the Laws of Maat would help... Peace and blessings to the teachings of Dr. Ray Hagins, Chief Elder of the Afrikan Village, a formerly ordained pastor with decades of expertise in both Christianity AND KMT spirituality.

One thing you said incorrectly was that Auset and Ausar were gods... Eventually you said that they were "lesser gods". That was a Greek misconception. Kemet believed in one almighty god.
Then you said Kemet believed that gods could die. But what happened to Jesus??? You said that the Egyptians believed that gods could come into human form. Kemet did NOt believed that, Greece did. But Again, what was Jesus?

Jesus was the Messiah (Christ), the Son of God, the 2nd person in the Trinity who came in human form and was crucified for the sins of humanity before rising from the dead. Jesus' name in Hebrew was “Yeshua” which translates to English as Joshua. Jesus is also an intermediary - he is humanity’s route to God. Also in the Bible book, John, Jesus says ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. The implication was that this offer was not just for a lifetime, but for eternity.

Grace and peace to you Israelites, so called Afro Americans.
Kemeticism is idolotry, the Most High god destroyed the Egyptians for this wickedness.
We are not Africans, we are Israelites, we serve one god, the god of Abraham, Issac, and, Jacob.
Christ is the king and High Priest of the world. To the Jew first and then the gentiles. There is one god and all other gods are idols, this includes this Kemeticism none sense from Africans.
    Psalms 96:4-5
[4]For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
[5]For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
The Most High god, warned Israel not to have confidence in Egypt, he is our god.
    Ezekiel 29:16
[16]And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
Let's see the admonishments the Most High gave the wicked Hamites and Kemeticism....
    Isaiah 19:1-5
[1]The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.
[2]And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
[3]And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards.
[4]And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
Africans never learn, that had the greatest Empire on the face of the earth, but they refused to serve the god of Abraham, Issac, and, Jacob they choose Satan, and we're destroyed. The Most High god new they would serve Satan so he said this about their beloved Pharaoh.....
    Romans 9:17
[17]For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
And he sent Moses and a staff to destroy them. But they don't learn, Christ (Rev.1:14-15 the brown one)will not come as a lamb, he is coming with a sword, to rid all nations that refuse to let him reign over them.
    Luke 19:27
[27]But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
Repent walk away from your wicked ways, seek Christ, and live by the fruit of the spirit.
