My fiancé is in India and we have tried to apply for K1 visa but they keep canceling and postponing his interview due to COVID-19. You have to submit your documents by you and your petitioner then NVC review your documents, when NVC review your documents, In your CEAC you got msg that documents verified or approved.

@Megha Tahiliani yes, that’s what they told us too within 10-15 days you will Get the response with those documents returned as well. But two holidays have come one was holi and the other is today Good Friday. So probably by end of next week will get something.

I had my interview last month and they didn't ask me any picture and only 4 question. I think it really depends on the consul.

CR1 comes under priority visas but they all are being processed so slow, that's the current situation, taking double the time
