Thanks for posting this, I had no idea about the program. I am getting my kayak delivered in a couple of weeks and going to be fishing KY lake by I40 in some of the offshoots for walleye/sauger. I know there are more by Nashville and east, but it is my favorite fish and close to where I live. No one around here that I know fishes for them, so hopefully there are plenty for me to catch! I felt that way too! There are probably lots of fish that are not reported, but wow.. chick and Watts bar seem to be stacked.
