I wish that they just left the movie Spirit alone. 💀😔
Mattel is great at designing toys for "doll girls" but they clearly haven't grasped the requirements of making toys for "horse girls".
That Spirit pillow will haunt me in my dreams
I’m ten and I have lucky and spirit with the plastic peg. You can cut it off, hold it up and once it’s removed push it inside. Lucky always comes off because of the peg because it doesn’t work. My friend has Chicalinda and Pru as well and and yet again the peg doesn’t hold her on. They also don’t sell boomerang by him self like they do with chicalinda so we have to buy a wild horse who has black spots all over it’s pattern. We always complain there’s no mystery and Maricela because we need them both really badly and plus she’s my favourite. It doesn’t help that their hair always is wild (especially pru’s) meaning lots of washing. The time stamp I’m on right now is 4:11
Its really weird to me because part of me did not want to like spirit riding free, because i was big time og spirit fan and wished they did something with the old spirit...however it is a cute show and im probably gonna watch the movie and play luckys big adventure at some point. Also the movie comes out on my birthday! lol

Here is my opinion of the toys since we finally got them in the stores and I had a chance to see them in person:
- If I was a kid I would have zero problem just breaking that plastic thing off of the horses back so they can be "free". I never really played with dolls anyway. For collectors it's definitely not the best thing to have on a horse.
- From all the other sets I really like Spirit's Herd, I recommend buying it because they are big figures and very nice to display. I love that all of them are different, not the same mold in various colors. (Spirit's mane and tail is kinda rubbery for safety).
- The foals are super cute in every set, but I think they are calling them ponies not foals, so somebody was very confused here...
- The minis are absolutely adorable! Those that come with the barn and the single ones too, absolutely recommended. I noticed they say "series 1" so I really hope there will be more :D
We have no other Spirit things yet, but I do love the blankets and the UNO card from the video, will see if I can get them somewhere :)

I am so glad the stand comes off because I was going to get the doll and Horse and I saw The stand on the horse and I was like oh so I am so glad it comes off thank you so much for the clarification I am just wondering does the stand come off from the saddle because if it does I might get the saddle one then 👍😊♥️

Tbh this is getting on my nerves I’m a very big fan of spirt and horses in general!but it’s a bit sexiest because a lot of the horse toys are really girlish I think they should make these toys for both genders!I think that Breyer should also make them for boys and girls because it’s very annoying seeing this when u are a boy and love horses when the models come across girly.

While I feel some aspects of the toy industries are getting a little better about not gendering toys so heavily, I agree that more work needs to be done. Toys should be for all genders! :) I'd love to see Breyer and other companies making horse toys (like Mattel with the Spirit franchise) to add more boy dolls and do more marketing showing boys playing with horses too!
@@StormyStrikeVideos yea. It would also be great if they made it the same story but different characters and not spirit. It could be an amazing original!
My son wants a Snips and Senor Carrots he can play as with his sisters who have the other toys...guess what? There aren't any!☹️

In the show Boomerang has one brown ear, in the movie both his ears are brown, and the toys (except Breyer) from Mattel and Just Play have two white ears. That bugs me
The inconsistency of his character design is pretty strange! I'm not sure what the reasoning behind it is.

I have 4 of the mini’s from the blind bags and they are super cute in person, I hope I can get the rest of the series soon🥰I’m also really looking forward to my first ever BreyerFest this year🤩

OH my gosh I love the uk plush at the end of the video! Looks a lot like the one's that were done for Bella Sarah that was only over seas. I never could find a shop that was selling online for those too. I hope that won't be the case for this plush as I would love to add it to my collection. Love this video, thanks for sharing these images and your thoughts on the designs.
I have a lot of the horses from this series, and the doll stands do come off and can be put back on:) I just have a problem with there being no bridles for Boomerang and Chica Linda, and the dolls being too tall (in my opinion) for the horses. I did have a huge problem with one of my Abigail dolls though. Her leg joints were so incredibly stiff, and eventually one of her legs broke off.
It's good to hear that the stands can come off! I agree though that it is too bad they don't have bridles with them, and that one of your Abigail doll's leg broke off :(

I love the new spirit untamed toys but the only thing about it is on the box it showed spirits hair all good but when I pulled it out it wasn’t that good. And the first toy I agree with I do not have that but I wish I did have that, it was so cute! This is there first video on your channel I watched.
personally i LOVE the spirit: RF horse figures (without the stands) but the dolls arent great and the plushies are meh
and i didnt like the show at first but after watching 8 seasons i actually love it

The survey will likely be on the Breyer Website, but the link to the page for it will be emailed to you when they're ready! Breyer hasn't announced when they will send out preference lists, but it will probably be sometime after the deadline for the All-Access Ticket sales in mid-June. Hope that helps! :)

The toys could be worse i suppose. Me and my friends can still enjoy them though. They just could have done so much better. Ill be asking for some of spirit riding free stuff for Christmas (the old ones). The clothes are well designed though
But also the doll stand doesn’t really have to be a thing now. And if It was I would probably scream, but all tho there just dolls and it’s there design to make toys like that so I respect it.
The spirits heard set, when I saw it in person for the first time, i was at walmart looking for some of the breyer unicorns, I really like the set and I think I may get it during breyerfest.
Once again (this seems to be a theme with me and movies/shows) I like the 2d merchandise art better than the art used in the show itself. It really reminds me of the OG Spirit and the black hair and facial expression of Spirit makes him look older and wiser.

I do not think that I would play with those or collect them for that matter. I just don’t like the design of these. The just play spirit horses were a lot better than these. I will definitely not be buying these. I’m not trying to change anyone’s opinion on how they feel about these toys this is just my opinion.
No they aren’t removeable, I did a couple reviews on these toys and also pointed those out in my video. The girls have articulation in the legs so there’s no need for the doll stand. Feel free to watch my review on them. All honest reviews. The toys aren’t the greatest at all! There’s so many to choose from.
My only gripe about the dolls is Abigail's rear end is SO pronounced. I don't think it should have been quite as defined as it is. I don't think my 3 year old notices but my older girls did.

When I saw the the doll stand horse I had the same thought as you I probably wouldn't even use the doll because I find dolls boring compared to animals

For me all that merchandise is unnecessary. They are trying to make as much publicity as possible because they know they know so much of fans of spirit stallion of the cimarron (2002) are not going to like this film and it was a really bad idea to release it only in theaters now in the pandemic.

I personally dont like this new plot for spirit stallion of the cimmorron series. It says “untamed” but if he is fine being ridden then he is mostly tamed. I just miss the old movie. Personally, I can see all the thought put into the beautiful story of the first film
I understand. The first movie can never be beat! However, technically, Dreamworks is still animating Spirit Untamed. They are just owned by Universal now. Kind of like how Pixar is owned by Disney, but Pixar films are still animated by the animators at Pixar. Most big animation studios now a days are owned by a larger parent company.
