Mam, many people drink soft drinks or some other juice when thirsty instead of drinking water. This is my experience. When I feel very thirsty sometimes , I will open the fridge and search for some juice and if it is not there I will get irritated and even without much thought I will drink lot of water and then realise oh my God, i was so thirsty and good that i drank water. So whenever you feel like having some juice, drink some water and you will not regret.
