When you went across the bridge and there was a guy in the river waving at you - I really thought I might be watching WildHogs 2. Thanks for taking us along...
Did this on my 1250gs, and it wasn't easy(from winton rd to Mokelumne River)! When i got to the bottom of the hill though, the gates were locked by the campgrounds. We got a bit turned around at the top, and accidentally bypassed the barricades on a bypass trail. Pretty sure the trail is still closed.
@@BlueADV214 I rode 88 to Kyburz on my 1250 last month. The only challenging section was the cross-the-road ruts on 10N39 that caught me off guard and nearly bucked me off the bike. 😳
@@seanvarvel Yeah, my buddy got thrown on those water breaks... another buy we rode past not only got thrown, but it broke his swing-arm and ended his trip. Luckily he walked away without any major injuries.
I think total moving time was about 5-6 hours… unfortunately there are a lot of closures due to fire at the moment. Check the NorCal BDR Facebook group for updates.
I agree 100%… I actually found a place to buy royalty-free music, so these videos will improve. Thanks for at least watching a little bit, and I hope you’ll checkout Sections 1 & 2 which we plan on riding in September.
Thanks for sharing! So glad this section is opened up. I love the Creeks, River and Reservoir on this leg if the BDR!
Glad you enjoyed it. Hard to put the hours of riding into one video… hope you’ll watch the other videos of the other sections we rode.
Thanks for posting! Heading there in a couple weeks to ride this section. Did you leave your trucks at Bear Valley?

I wave to pretty much everyone I pass on the trail. Wild Hogs on a BDR would be hilarious… all riding big GS’ and one middle weight😂🤣
I had stock TKC 80’s and no problems running them at around 20psi with a rim lock on the front wheel.

Lots of closures on 3&4 right now due to fire. A real bummer and rerouting is not easy or always fun
Looks like FN08 was open for you, thats cool. We were able to run it early in the season, too. We found Section 3 to be relatively easy
3 was really easy. We are going to ride section 1&2 later in September, I’m sure those will be much better.

Thanks for video of section #3. How many hours was it?

Thank you for the time frame. And yes, the Luberoom is a great restaurant.
when you turned off Hwy 4 what road is that?
7N09
What tires do you guys run?
I have the OEM Continental TKC 80’s
Yawning…. You need music or something to keep the viewers awake, surprised yourself or one of ur bro didn’t fall asleep while riding…
