He doesn't tho a lot worse actually his e through f notes were sloppy and uncontrolled his pitch range did not change at all apart from the chorus and he couldn't hold his voice stable for long at all except for at the end high note which was shakey and unbalanced.
@@dishonorthemartyr He's right though his high notes were a little off from the recording but his voice still sounds really good live he was gifted with a great voice
+it´s amaia Yes! That note! Wow! His voice is so beautiful and so comforting. Sam has one of those rare talents in which the vocals truly match the emotion of a song. Let's not forget that he sounds just as good live as he does in the studio. He's definitely among my favorite vocalists ever. But, it's not just Sam either. The entire band is absolutely incredible. They sound incredible!
Blind and blessed with a gift cause he was killing that keyboard, beautiful, and The lead singer makes you believe every single word that comes out of his mouth, I love it when the live performance is just as amazing as the recorded version!
Man every time I’m crashing and thinking about ending it all. I always end up playing this. 7 years later still feeling the same feeling of a lonely broken child that just wanted to be noticed. I just want to feel special.
My second oldest son )13 in 2022) passed and i found this song after his year and a half battle with cancer took him so early....i cry everytime i hear this cause me and my husband were going thru our shit and our kids were right in the middle. Fuck, miss my baby. He was a different type of child, he felt other peoples emotions and genuinely would make anyones day better the best he knew how. I miss my Bubba's, i wish we couldve done it better. Love your family like its your last day together, we are not promised tomorrow...
I, too lost a son and his bday was also on 12/6. This year he would have turned 32. He was stillborn 12/6/90. I have certain songs that trigger his memory. Check out Florence & the Machine "Cosmic Love". The hurt & pain does ease with time. Hang in there and know you're not alone in your feelings.uch love & light to you.
Saw them live in Albuquerque. His range is insane and he's definitely one of the best/most energetic performers I've ever seen. Definitely go see them if you have the chance!
I wasn't expecting anything bad but b*itch, i catched me sayin OMG, OMG, OMG, every 2 seconds, THE CONTROL. Flawless, marvelous, amazing, so many words that got me speechles
This song breaks my heart every time I hear it, I just love it so much. I have seen the X Ambassadors perform twice live this year and they are incredible. If you are even slightly interested in their music, buy a ticket, you won't regret it.
Shout out to Seth Meyers for helping me find this great talent. Seen this group somewhere before, can't remember. Either way I made sure to remember the name. Father been gone for a year, found out last week though. This song soothes, even if lyrics aren't quite my situation.
this song gives me chills every time i listen to it. completely embodies what struggle feels and sounds like. so poignant and well done. ps. the whole world is v unsteady rn, so if we could all just realize that and hold on and not be so freaking awful to each other, that'd be great.
People who are genuinely sweet, kind and generally good souled while also being attractive as hell is one thing, but people who are genuinely sweet, kind and generally good souled while also being attractive as hell and amazingly talented are mother freaking kryptonites, I mean... Damn! 😯
I’m a high schooler and this song describes me pretty well. When I was in kindergarten my mom was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer and was gone for a year, then she was back but my relationship with her never really recovered. Then all my friends left and I was alone, I finally found a friend who didn’t leave and I clung to him for dear life. The line ‘this house don’t feel like home’ especially resonates with me since my house doesn’t feel like a home because my mother Constantly dead names and misgenders me on top of always yelling at me about every little thing. And I also have ptsd from a suicide attempt and from a serious horse back riding accident. And then on top of all that I was diagnosed with depression when I was ten. To say I’m a little unsteady in an understatement, I’m a lot unsteady, but that’s okay because I’m better now and I found a song I can relate to.
I don't hear a song. i hear an emotion.
Yessssssss!!!!
Sashank Vissa great musician indeed..
True dat
FACTS
Absolutely!!!!
His vocals are literally perfection
Can we just talk about how he sounds exactly like the actual recording. True talent!!!!
He doesn't tho a lot worse actually his e through f notes were sloppy and uncontrolled his pitch range did not change at all apart from the chorus and he couldn't hold his voice stable for long at all except for at the end high note which was shakey and unbalanced.
@@bradtrinter9507 You act like everyone can be perfect all the time.
I'm sorry but you're deaf. I love the song though
@@dishonorthemartyr He's right though his high notes were a little off from the recording but his voice still sounds really good live he was gifted with a great voice
@@bradtrinter9507 that's actually bullshit

I can't imagine what a hard song this would be to do live. but he's killing it
His voice is so powerful 🎚️
As a child I dealt with parents who fought all the time and got divorced. I can feel this song in my bones
This song is deep on so many levels. These guys are rivaling the best bands in the world at the moment!
Wow I like them even more now cuz they can perform just as well live as they can in the studio

I lost my daughter too and this song speaks to my heart. God bless you. 🙌

I don't understand how someone can unlike this!!?!??

+jeann martinez Have you heard the piano & voice only version? Personally, I like that one better, but this is still really good!
+Josh Schmidt lol
They turned thier phones upside down to like it again
Steady people hahaha
So much respect for this dude (Casey Harris)!
how can a birth blind person learn and play piano like that?? Wonderful!!
look at Ray Charles
Dao Quang i was about to ask if he was blind. i actually just noticed that's how good he is
Francisco Lapa rayCharles wasn't born blind but Stevie wonder was
I didn't say ray was born blind bro
As a partially blind drummed, music is the easiest thing for me, you just have to figure out the layout it's not that hard
I fckin love the pianist bro. I can feel it.
I love this song, first time I heard it I was sitting by my fiancé and I just grabbed his hand and started crying. It captured my worst fears.
This performance
is flawless! The song is so emotional and so full of thought and depth. Congratulations on your success.
Could never get tired of this performance 😭❤
Mankind's biggest achievement is for sure music
that last note is higher than snoop dog
LOL 3 years late but that's a golden comment
Senpai

This band is the definition of the word : P E R F E C T I O N
Its rare for a musician to sound the same on the cd and live. He is one of them rare musicians
I AM really unsteady after this emotional burst, I connect my soul with the melody, the lyric, and the artist. Soul singer, soul us plz ....

They are truly an amazing band and you got it right they are amazing live and all.💯
yes! can't wait for their new music
Omg, you're like one of the only people on the internet who can use correct grammar. Thank you ;)
+Anony Moose I try
+Anony Moose obviously not punctuation though . He/she forgot the period at the end .
+lee padilla yes he/she forgot the period at the and, but you mustn't put space between the word and punctuation.

Uncolsolable is by far one of their best songs. They made it before they got big, and thank god they finally did.. They deserve this.
IT'S SO PERFECT!
You know theyre an awesome band when they can make a live song sound even better than the studio recorded version. Amazing song too.
It is just so impressive that the keyboard/piano player, Casey, is able to play like that, being blind.
Words can't describe how perfect this is.
his voice just gives me goosebumps also his voice is just amazing
I wasn't expecting anything bad but b*itch, i catched me sayin OMG, OMG, OMG, every 2 seconds, THE CONTROL. Flawless, marvelous, amazing, so many words that got me speechles
