You are right, terrorists will start buying Invicta watches man. I guarantee you that police and TSA will classify those 50 mm and up Invicta watches as weapons of mass destruction. If a person is wearing an huge one or two pounds Invicta watch he or she won't be allowed by TSA to board a commercial flight. One wearing that huge Invicta watch won't be allowed to enter a nightclub or a sport event. It will be a great idea to fill that humungous Invicta 1 pound watch with water and put a fish inside like pimps used to do back in the 1970's with their platform shoes.

J Rockymore I too have them both along with 13 other Invictas and other awesome brands such as Aragon, Diesel, Fossil, Nexon, Bulova and others which are all large from about 46mm onwards. Both are insanely awesome but the Sea Hunter III is by far the largest watch one of my whole collection.
I was a huge Invicta fan back in 2008. I still have their 2007-2008 catalog. Once they changed their design approach, I moved away from them. That being said, both the original Akula and original Russian Diver were part of that line-up and I owned both of them. I also owned the Speedmaster Automatic COSC watch, the Lupah COSC, etc. Invicta was my gateway into the watch hobby. Today, I have moved from wearing watches larger than 45mm.

So as an owner of the diesel dz7262 grand daddy, the watch measures 68mm case and 73mm acroos (including big crown on 3 o'clock and small crown on 9 o'clock) It would be probably 1-2mm less if you measure 6 to 12 o'clock. I realy like it. Made a custom 3.5mm leather strap in 'jeansy' light brown to give it a more proper look.
Although I only own 2 of them the SEA HUNTER is one of my favorites I have an all black 3rd generation Jason Taylor limited edition and a old school limited model as well. For the look and price you can't beat Invicta watches I love em .

And so I did a TH-cam search. And that's how I ended up here! ( Great channel by the way)!! The model I'm looking to get is the Invicta Men's 17884 Pro Diver! From the pictures I've seen it looks like a beautiful piece! That and video's I've seen as well. so, this is where I'm getting hung up on... I plan to purchase from Amazon. Is it safe to purchase from there? Will I be actually receiving an Invicta? I'd be greatly upset if I received a fake! I know for most a watch is just a watch. Well...I am 6'6" and have a 9 inch wrist....and I don't wear anything larger than 54 mm's. Most of the time I wear a 50 mm G Shock, my Invicta Coalition Forces, or one of my Diesel SBA's. I have A couple of oversized watches a large Invicta and an oversized Star Wars Nixon watch I didn’t find them quite big enough so one day when I was looking I found a Kenneth Cole reaction watch that was 52 mm and once I get one or two links taken out it’ll be perfect

I recently had my Subaqua Specialty Reserve serviced there. I accidentally broke the crown stem and had to send it to them for replacement. Quick turnaround. They even pressure tested and recertified it. I just wish they would've buffed out the scratches while they had it.
Indeed. I believe I got my watch back in less than 10 days. We did have to correspond back and forth a couple of times because the Service Center had a couple questions on how we would like to proceed. I wonder if that was the reason people were having long turnaround times; they weren't paying attention to the correspondence.
The long turnaround was due to them shipping watches overseas for repairs. They weren't consistently good at responding to emails either, so that was also a hassle.
Just a small note...I have the "Sea Hunter 3" ...Evine had a demo sale about a year or two ago and I got it for a steal!!! Contrary to your claim, I can, and have been wearing this watch and other Sea Hunters with that huge crown every day for the past few years...

Well Its here! I just received my new Invicta model number 17884! The band is quite stiff however, but I hope it will loosen up a bit after some wear time. Other than that, I love it! I've already got another one lined up to buy next! But after some wear time, and see how it holds up, I'll for sure get the other one! :)
Luckily, I picked the Grand Octane that is exactly like the video for $199. I wore it once and the attention was too much, so I'll try again and see if I can wear it in public again. I have worn my Sea Hunter for weeks and nothing is wrong with my arm, hands, etc,etc. I skate with this watch and wear it all day and night. It must be fitted properly, and I ONLY feel the weight when I take it off. I might wear the Venom 3 tonight skating.
I have a Russian military divers watch with a protective metal crossbar fitting that is bigger . Its machined out of steel .I think the watch weighs over a pound. On the back it says bmo cccp
The watch I believe you have is made by Zlatoust Voldolaz and it measures 59mm. It is a tank of a watch! However, if we count the size of the function pushers and crown protectors on the invicta sea hunter it measures 72. I am sure if we do the same for your watch its as large or larger. The thing that makes the sea hunter so large is the combination of a large diameter and the extra size of the crown protector and function pushers. Still though that Zlatoust is a huge chunk! Nice watch bro!

Well Its here! I just received my new Invicta model number 17884! The band is quite stiff however, but I hope it will loosen up a bit after some wear time. Other than that, I love it! I've already got another one lined up to buy next! But after some wear time, and see how it holds up, I'll for sure get the other one! :)

Luckily, I picked the Grand Octane that is exactly like the video for $199. I wore it once and the attention was too much, so I'll try again and see if I can wear it in public again. I have worn my Sea Hunter for weeks and nothing is wrong with my arm, hands, etc,etc. I skate with this watch and wear it all day and night. It must be fitted properly, and I ONLY feel the weight when I take it off. I might wear the Venom 3 tonight skating.

I have a Russian military divers watch with a protective metal crossbar fitting that is bigger . Its machined out of steel .I think the watch weighs over a pound. On the back it says bmo cccp
The watch I believe you have is made by Zlatoust Voldolaz and it measures 59mm. It is a tank of a watch! However, if we count the size of the function pushers and crown protectors on the invicta sea hunter it measures 72. I am sure if we do the same for your watch its as large or larger. The thing that makes the sea hunter so large is the combination of a large diameter and the extra size of the crown protector and function pushers. Still though that Zlatoust is a huge chunk! Nice watch bro!

Thickest at 29mm but far from the biggest. The diameter is still only 52mm So 52mm x 29mm. The sea hunter is 70mm to the crown guard and 23mm thick.
