Thank you so much Chris. Been following you for months now and was wondering how I too could get into SaaS copywriting. This video is going to help me a lot!
Thanks for watching. Other than the major B2B/B2C differentiation, when it comes to sub niches you basically just get into the type of software. A few examples: - CRM (customer relationship management) - ERP (enterprise resource management) - Collaboration tools - Marketing automation - HR and payroll software - Customer support software And many many more. For any type of business you can think of there's likely a software tool available. You can see a couple of examples from my clients in this video, where I walk you through their homepages th-cam.com/video/-FQou8LLlVM/w-d-xo.html
I'd probably say small brick and mortar businesses, those who sell/do stuff in the real world (roofing, gardening etc), local businesses, basically those businesses who are not used to doing online marketing but need it badly. Another good one is creators, people who sell courses, just because beginner copywriters can easily relate to their audience in most cases. Which makes it easier to write for them.
Being tech savvy is not a necessary prerequisite, but definitely helps speed up the learning curve. Especially when working with lots of different clients in different SaaS niches. Josh was already working at a startup when he started considering copywriting.

What would you say are some of the best niches to go into as a beginner copywriter

@@silvestrichris please how can I find these creators who sell courses to pitch my services
But Josh gaurafallo is not tech savvy but he has written a copy for SaaS companies like hubspot etc

Is it good in 2k24
Yes if you can sell yourself and care about the craft.
