I've had days like what you were describing on your worst ones there yet you still get paid a good wage after the fact. Here is one huge scam from IRS that WM will not mention on your onboarding. They offer now sign on bonus of 6-12 grands for certain locations and when you are finally eligible for that bonus they tax it 40%. So do not expect to get much of that bonus..
I have been open about the fact that the bonuses are taxes at roughly 40%. That is not a Walmart scam though. After talking to my CPA I was told thats just how the government taxes bonuses.

so i got the job had to sign the conditional contract,then it says they will check my references and it will be 7-10 days before i hear back......the only problem i have is that one of my jobs that boss was an a-hole and will not give me a good refence will this cost me the job?
Most of the time no. Depends on if that boss even replies. What he says should be an issue unless he tried to say you hit something. Even then Walmart will ask why it's not in the dac report

Does Walmart allow you to use the pri trip packet they give you at onboarding what I mean by that is do they let you use the packet the whole time all the way to the test and during the test time

Left in 2010 due to economy and been working normal job past 10 years, all still in trucking so I should still qualify on experience, my last 10 years of experience is in a trash truck (straight like truck) 2000-2010 semi nationwide and Canada.
Last 10 years was not a combination vehicle? I dont beloved it counts but walmart allows riders 24-7. You can even take a walmart associate as a rider.

If you roll on your 10 you might be rolling back your start time. Some guys will do it a little but some, not all DCs frown upon rolling it back more than 1-2 hrs.

According to Walmart they say "No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years." What is serious? That would be a question for the recruiters. I would apply and see what they say.

Well if you go home "technically " you don't click the layover and you lose the $42 a day.
There will be a few days im sure you don't make it back.
Also if you turn your camera sideways, it’s takes away the annoying side walls causing the narrow view.

Correct but it's a hard program to get in. At Gas City indiana alone they had 100 applications for 3 spots.

Yes. When I worked GM I had a daily gate time as well. Neither GM or grocery like it when you roll back your clock.

Sometime we have more loads than drivers based on sick, pto, broke down trucks, etc. Loads still need to be completed
