we make with split pea daal, no potato but cilantro, spring onion, cumin, tiny bit of baking soda, some water crest and or one or two curry leaves, green chilies, red chili flakes! It’s our national snacks for Sunday bfast for stuffing hot French baguette n butter! Or plain It’s yummy!
