This is exactly how I make it but I skip the mint/pudina leaves and corn flour and rice flour
Instead I add all purpose flour and a pinch of baking powder.

nida shafiq Koi bhi ingredient ya Cooking Methods mai batati hoon woh us recipe ka teste, ya texture, ya smell ke liya hota hai, usai remove karna or replace karna matlab teste ko change karna hoga. ya sab recipes trial and error k baad final recipe banti hai, is liye 90 percent ko pasand aati hai. aap kuch bhi try kar sakte ho, you can use your imagination, or agar kuch bhi change kare toh please feedback danaa k kiya kiya or phir kasa laga
