Install OpenBSD 7.4 and KDE Plasma 5 in QEMU VM tutorial - January 2024 - 4be4ff08

I install OpenBSD 7.4 in a QEMU VM. I install the KDE Plasma 5 desktop and the tigervnc VNC server.

Finally. Xfce is cool and all but kde is just more "complete". Cant wait for 7.5.

this tooks ours to complete.. and several rebuilds where i think i missed a step, so better to do from scratch.. but i was able to get KDE Plasma working ! thank you very much.
I think one issue that i had was my repository might not of been fully up to date.. so i was getting strange errorr.. so, i just pointed to the Berkley repositiries.. and it was much slower due to distance, but the errors went away! looking forward to playing with this
