  • Hello peanut gallery! I came up with another block. There are many ways to turn this block but many of the designs look similar. However, there are some good designs in the mix! Here is the beginner's Half Square Triangle video if you need it: tinyurl.com/yc... Here are some more easy quilt blocks for your viewing pleasure: tinyurl.com/y74...

Darlene Michaud Thank you, thank you, for this easy block. I am planning on making a memory quilt for my sister-in-law out of her Dad's shirts. I enjoy your information for so many things.

I have learned a lot from you, I just started making quilt blocks the first of the years, I have sewed for probably 10-15 years. Thank you so much for getting me back into sewing , thank you for the videos

I'm a new quilter. A year now. And I struggle with wanting to make it perfect. It's a struggle because it never is LOL I love hearing you say good enough is good enough. So I have started saying no, it is SUPPOSED to look like that. Thank you for that!

I've wasted too much time trying to my quilt projects perfect. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to finally be able to say "Good Enough" and be happy with the end result. I've gotten to the point of thinking - is it a mistake? Nope! It's my interpretation of the pattern. :) Makes sewing a lot less stressful.

greylady the best phrase ive heard and implemented into my projects is "finished is better then perfect" and of course that doesnt mean to not strive for doing a great job but sometimes points just dont match.. Lol

I feel inspired watching things you make. I feel my first ever quilt coming over me. I really liked the scrappy one you did. I'm looking forward to giving this a bash instead of just doing adjustments and repairs. I love quilts. Thank you Darlene you are a treasure.

Hi there from Ontario Darlene! I have to say I just LOVE your videos😀. You have a way of making things feel manageable. I've watched other crafters and sewers and I feel like my equipment is not new enough or fancy enough etc and I just feel like it's over my abilities. I've watch you do the same thing and I think "hey I think I can do that" I've just joined The peanut gallery!! I'm excited to watch you fabric frenzy! Where can I ask you questions about sewing? And do you have a video on fan quilts?
