Soooo many amazing Ren songs. Power is another song you will bop to (& its the best song on the album 😅) .7 Sins is a complete lyrical masterpiece. Uninvited is cheeky pop fun. S*icide is so emotional. The acoustic live version of Chalk Outlines. With his band The Big Push- Why My Woman (retro rock feel & the video is outstanding - so creative & fun). Precious is touching & sweet. Oh, just so many ....

The next one's should be "how to be me" with chinchilla (live version on the rooftop) and chalkoutlines with chinchilla.
Bouth emotional songs, different of al the songs you two reacted to. It lets you see how versatile he is. But just as powerfull and (for the lack of a better word) great as the others.
Just a peek behind the curtains; "how to be me" is to his bestfriend who selfdeleted... It's about los (sorry for the spoiler, but it makes the song impact that mutch harder. So not sorry)

Ren seems to be the only thing I listen to anymore, even when another artist comes up on my playlist I just skip until I find the next Ren song.
Infectious reaction again boys. Reminds me of watching when Ren was releasing a string of videos each week, within seconds thinking this is so good, being able to catch and join in with the hook almost immediatly, at the end thinking that might be my favourite. Most other artists I have loved down the years my favourite track never really changed usually the first one I heard. Often feels with Ren it is whichever one I am listening to at the time.

Take on folk music. It's got to start or a beginning a middle and then end. And then who is the visions of his videos to go with? The song makes that he's not just literal. He's amazing! He's doing three things at once. Songwriter, performer and actor. That's what makes this a thing that I've been explaining to people forever and they don't seem to get it performance. Art 🎭

So I'll jump in and say next should be the acoustic version of this one (Murderer) because it's just as amazing and yet quite different. Also, when you get to it... the rumour is the guy they put in the trunk at the end of this is supposed to be the guy tied up at the beginning of Animal Flow. Which you also really need to do. Basically you can't find a bad Ren track. You might like some more than others, but they're all amazing in some way.

@@AudioLunch If you watch it carefully you can see the car rock slightly as the Driver / Pig leaves the vehicle then the camera is passed through the window and pans to the boot, And as others have stated the Acoustic version is a "MUST SEE" and in some ways tops this one for style the guy has mad talent.
