Can’t wait for you to see Money Game 3 but you have to see MG2 first (unusually for Ren, NOT the live version- you can appreciate that after!) Btw this took 186 takes!!!! 🤣
Great reaction thanks!!! But as everyone will tell you.. please do the lyric video.. the reason is that the live version is an acapella version of only a part of the song (which is great, but not for a first watch).. the visuals in the lyric video also help tell the full story.. so very important… can’t wait for you to do 2 & 3 😁

After he drew the eyes on the hostage/everyman that person fought back agains his oppressor (aka the system; the money game). As the oppressor, Ren realizes he is the root cause of the money game and is at fault. With that overwhelming guilt, he offs himself in spectacular fashion (compare this to the famous monk who burned himself to protest Vietnam).
I’m reading a book called the preternatural series and the main character goes to hell and funnily enough that same monk plays a role in that story in helping them getting out of hell (well the spirit of that monk)… how strange I hear about this monk twice in the same month… I might have to read up on him because I genuinely cannot imagine any sane person lighting themselves on fire…
Agree, do them in order. But I will say this…MG3 is next level. Hey Netflix, are you ready to greenlight REN’s series concept yet?

Yes boys! All 3 together! Has to be done. As I am sure many have already said, for Money Game 2 make sure to go with the lyric video, as this is is the whole one, whe the video on the beach is just the second verse

Dude, I’ve been saying for over a year now, they need to do a Peaky Blinders prequel/origin show/movie and cast Ren as Tommy! He’s a dead ringer for a young Cilian Murphy (even though he’s like 33/34 lol). Ren can do literally everything, sing, rap, play multiple instruments WELL, write, produce, EVERYTHING. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if he was a superb actor. Plus, he’s British! I think he’d be perfect for the part.
You are in for an amazing journey with the Money Game series. This one is amazing. For part 2, make sure to do the lyric video as it is the complete song (although the live version is also worth checking out afterward). Part 3 is an absolute masterpiece. The end is a pretty much a direct nod to Rage Against The Machine, they were a big influence on Ren growing up, just google their self titled debut album cover from 1993 (trigger warning, that is a real picture, lot of people think it's photoshopped) then google that picture, it was taken in 1963 and is said to be the first worldwide viral photo, pre internet, and became the international symbol for peaceful resistance. Great reaction by they way!! ✌️💚
He humanised him by putting the eyes on him so he saw him for the first time… governments like to divide and conquer by dehumanising a people so you can hate easier! Yes in the middle we sleep thinking there are two sides there is only them and us! Ren is just the best! 👏👏👏🔥🐇🕳️

MG1 is one of my favourite pieces of art in existence. The video is so captivating to me. I deeply appreciate the brilliance of MG2 and MG3 but they'll never top MG1 for me. ❤

I think the ending is about how the people dont have it in them to do what may need to be done. Most of us could never live with ourselves after a bloody revolution or abduction. So we're left to throw up our hands and radically accept our fate.

Not quite. Ren is Ren. The "hostage" is a player in the Money Game. The reason Ren backs off and burns himself instead, is because he suddenly realised that he's a player too.
