From my experience their is a big 3 skill set… Advertising - Follow Up - Sales Process / Funnel. These 3 areas, are the ones most businesses struggle with… (the more specific skill sets needed within these to improve these areas are what must be learned) Another great video!!
I agree! Especially with the follow up bit. That's an area I think marketers tend to pass off to the sales team without much consideration. There's often little collaboration between the two teams and that's a big miss.
@@RyanFergy and the sales people follow up even then isn’t that impressive… Did some sales consultant work with Frank Kern awhile back, and I was top of da food chain, cause I’d follow up and months later peeps would close… “People don’t buy products and services, people buy people”.
