    it seems like you need - graphic design/content creation, copywriting, ads, offer creation, website/landing page making, and email marketing skills along with the must needed marketing skills and soft skills.

      Best comment ever because I’ve recently graduated and have zero clue what tools i need to enter the marketplace with zero experience.

    Do you sell a course for real estate lead gen or offer any time of mentorship?? I started off as a dropshipper too, had a few winners but fell off. I run lead gen for my pressure washing business now which has been well but I’ve been wanting to take it to wholesale real estate for a while now. Your vids on TH-cam have been EXTREMELY helpful, but not sure if some methods are outdated since the real estate market is ever changing!

    Hi Ryan, how do you estimate the price you are going to have per lead for a client on facebook ads if you have a lead selling agency that sells at x price per lead, all in order to give the client the price you are going to sell each lead at and calculate the estimated profit you are going to have.

    • @RyanFergy
      @RyanFergy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Max. It depends on what the client is happy paying for leads while remaining profitable. Many clients don't understand what this number is though so that's something you might need to coach them through.
      Try to calculate their customer lifetime value (CLV). If they have a subscription you can take the monthly customer revenue, let's say $100, and divide by the monthly churn, let's say 10%, which is a CLV of $1,000.
      If it's a service business it's more tricky because they might only pay for a service once per year or something. If they have a CRM then they might have sales records that can help. Otherwise you can simply work with the revenue from a single service, let's say it's a $5,000 sale.
      Then you need to figure out what they're happy to pay to acquire that customer. Often this can be a percentage of the CLV, maybe 30%. But this will depend on their margins and what they're happy with. But if it's 30% then the subscription business would be $300 cost-to-acquire customer (CAC) and the service one would be $1,500 CAC.
      Then you need to work backwards and figure out how many leads it takes to produce 1 customer. Let's say it's 10 - that means the subscription has to acquire leads for $30 each and $150 for the service.
      If you are charging a per-lead fee then that might be what you charge the client. And then you need to generate leads for less that that.

      Internships, I just graduated and the field is competitive.
      Apply to internships like crazy. If I could go back, I'd quit my part time job and do that instead. Lot of places want 2-3 years experience, but having one year of expirence is better than none.
