My day-to-day during the quarantine has been pretty similar, except I take naps when the 3 PM slump hits and work sometimes for an hour in the evening. (night owl doesn't vibe with 8-5 too much) Well that and gym instead of working on a youtube channel haha.
When you cook tofu, you could add some soy sauce, and cook them with a little fire around 30 mins. So the tofu could be softer and absorb flavors from vegetables.
Working as a data engineer in an analytics company..they are training me on python spark Scala Hadoop git. Etc. The company is small with 800 employees. On the other hand got an offer from infosys as a full stack developer...now I am a bit confused...I am from a non computer science background. So can you tell me if I join as a full stack can I come back to data engineering later.... By the way your videos helped me a lot. thanks
I did a basics course in Python online and have done other basic learner courses but now im like where do i go to learn how to write full suite office kinda software with a gui and everything, where are all the more advanced python programming guides??

I'm currently working on machinery/technology-industry and seriously wondering whether I should swap to IT-industry. I have half completed my Data Analysis / Artificial Intelligence -master level studies after all =)
I think the culture entirely depends on a company. But in general, technologists are known for having a better work life balance than many other desk jobs
