    How do I get Concessions value to populate in the Stabilized column and throughout the entire hold period?

    Hello Spencer,
    I am doing an assumption loan. Do I still needm to input information on the "Summary" tab, "Property CF" tab, and "IRR Matrix" tab before I enter the information for the Loan Assumption?

      Yes, you'll need to model the entire deal, including the loan assumption.
