      He’s actually been spot on with things lately. He’s admitted to not being as strict in his younger years but I think the last 2 years he’s been great with it

    Hey Justin. I’m around 340 lb fat. Having another little baby. I need to get healthy. I heard you love the keto diet. Can you break down how that looks? I still want to get muscle and look cut. Will the keto work? How much protein as a goal? Thanks Justin

      @@drewshidler1939 yes it will work for you! I like 80% fat and 20% protein. I also didn’t use much veggies. Mostly fish, eggs, bacon, butter, olive oil, avocado, nuts and every now and then I’d throw in another source, then once a week high carb day/cheat day. You gotta moderate your calories to fit your needs that is gonna vary from one person to the next regardless of weight, age and sex. Start higher on the calories and track progress week to week then lower as needed and/or add cardio as needed
