I've had this bike for 10 months now. I enjoy riding as much as the first day. I had a Yamaha motorbike a few years before this, and they are just so reliable. Nothing ever went wrong with it and nothing has gone wrong with my e-bike. It's pretty amazing! :)
I picked up a 2022 Stance E+ 2 last week. Out for a 62km trail ride (rail trail so nothing intense) last Saturday. My first eBike and my first dual suspension bike so I don't have a good baseline to compare to but I'm really pleased with it so far. It did require a new carrier as my old w one wasn't rated for eBikes and without a lot of disassembly the fit in my vehicle is tight. That was an unwanted expense
Congratulations! It's a great bike! Yes, I ran into the same issue. In whatever manner you transport the ebike, it must be more substantial than the average, lightweight bike carrier can handle. Thanks for watching!
Great review! I was lucky enough to get one (2021 model) on sale. This is the year that it all came together, better than older or newer versions. 12 speeds, dropper post, bigger battery. This is the funnest bike I've ever owned.
I have the same exact bike mine is candy apple red. I love riding this bike. I have ridden my bike across the Golden Gate bridge 2 times already. This bike has so much power. I can virtually ride this bike anywhere. I ride this bike on trails and in the mountains and this bike allows me to ride up the hills with ease. This bike makes biking fun again.
Very good review, I have this bike for a year and a half and I cannot be more happy, although now I have changed the recon fork for a pike and it is still much better, although the previous one was very comfortable, it is a very versatile and fun bike .
Thank you for your very informative video! In your opinion, is there a significant difference between a 50mn torque motor and a 70nm for moderate hill climbing?
I watched your other great video on the Giant Talon E+ 3, and the Stance seems like a great bike. The Talon is more in my price range, but its components are rather on the low end. Thanks for another great review!
Thanks for review. I am new to eBikes. Price of course is important. I also saw your Talon video. Great info. Bikes on my short list...Giant Stance 2...Giant Talon...Specialized Turbo Tero 3 and 5. The type of riding I would do is similar to yours. I live in the mountains of Virginia where other than crushed gravel trails...not much is flat. I am a 6' 240lb. 59 year old aging former athlete. The Talon is currently on sale at a great price. My concern is that 50 Nm of torque on the Tero 3 and Talon will not be sufficient. Any thoughts on that?
Thank you! I was quite impressed with the 50Nm of the Talon, even after testing the Stance with 70Nm. For you size, it would probably be beneficial to have that extra torque if you have lots of ascents, simply because the engine won’t work has hard, giving you a little longer battery life. But, I would confirm what I’m speculating here with a Giant, or Spevpcialized dealer first. If they would let you test ride the Talon on a few steep hills, that would give you your best feedback. Hope you find one that makes you happy! Thanks for watching.

Did you have some battery left after your ride or did 62km drain the total charge?

Yes, there is a difference. But it primarily depends on how aggressive you want to ride. Thanks for watching!
