The beacons have been lit and King Theoden answers the call for aid. While he is rallying a great army, he paid for a small mercenary force to protect a village that has food and supplies for the growing army. After the defeat at Helm's Deep and Isengard, Uruk-hai have traveled to the misty mountains to seek shelter and support from the orcs of the Misty mountains. They now get ready to attack where Rohan is weakest! This is the Revenge of Isengard!!! Enjoy the siege battle :D
This custom battle was made by KuroGuroChan. He was using the Reforged Submod for Third Age Total War. They recently updated Reforged so make sure you have the latest patch :D

Nice, Apollo.
I really enjoyed this one. It was a little bit different. I liked it a lot more than the usual out numbered, big fortress battles. This had a lot more strategy instead of just 95% holding choke points and shooting catapults. In fact it was nice to see nobody have catapults for a change and/or no monstrous trolls ripping through lines single handedly. Rohan was severely outnumbered but they had the benefit of the battlefield (instead of just big walls.) Anyway I guess my overall point is I liked this more than just holding choke points and shooting catapults at each other or charging in trolls.

Good fight! My allies really uh, didn't care if I died :). Defenders played that perfectly, by far. Glad that I killed Kuro's general... a running gag that never fails.

Ah Rohan. You never really see them much in Third Age Gameplay. They're a nice refresher from just elves, dwarves and Mordor.

Defenders finally won aha! Also the ending surprised me alot.
Gathering all the elite players and doing a 4v4 on third age, followed by a 2v2 (winners), a then a 1v1, would be epic

I can't believe how satisfied I was with the last 20 min of this battle it was so one-sided the whole game and rohan just did a great job closer than I thought it was going to be. that cav micro and new rohirriam infantry are amazing its about time rohan is more pleasing to watch/play I might hop on there and give them a go maybe renact helms deep as them instead of the elves got once lol

I did somewhat like the new intro. It could be like an every 3 replays intro. (Also on a side note I would like to see a short signature intro video like Lion Heart's videos.) Aside from that, what a great Replay!!! Good game to all the players and what an amazing come back by the Rohan players, respects to them. And Apollo😅, you've got quiet the dirty jokes man: "Uruks penetrating the shield maidens🤣" & "maidens not sleeping in the night", funny stuff man. Definitely include more comedy like this in the future. Lastly just wanted to say that I'll always love your "hey whats up guys..." intro.
