I find that the 8-blade HQProps sound so much better. It's still loud indoors but outdoors it hisses more than the whine/whir of the 3-blades. I also think it feels more connected to the sticks with the 8-blade.
Have you flown the Cinelog 35 and if so which one would you recommend to an experienced FPV guy for the best of all worlds? Protek 35 or Cinelog 35? I do not see where the Cinelog 35 is available in most US web stores yet. My girl is wanting to get me something for Christmas and I have the Cinelog 25 and would probably take my chances on the Cinelog 35, but it's not available so is the Protek 35 just as good or better? Protek 35 is available and your video makes a great case for it. Can anybody else weigh in?
Nice vidéo ! What do you think about this PROTEK 35 6s for indoor flights ? Have you got videos about indoor ? Wow 4/5min seems to be a lot with a GoPro ... With GoPro battery ?
I started flying FPV drones this week, rsss.. I bought a DJI FPV, but want to try other drones too. In fact I work with DJI drones (MINI 2 and AIR 2 S) for some productions.. This drone seems to be a good ideia for some kind of jobs I have, like filmming inside houses for real estate videos. I know I have too many thinks to learn, but I liked this drone !! Thanks for the content !!
Great job, man! I just got this drone and I have a really stupid question. How do I get it into acro mode? It’s stuck in a stabilizing mode. I fly with a DJI setup.
Not a stupid question, no worries! You need to connect the drone to Betatlight and assign a switch on your radio for Acro mode, if you prefer, you can simply delete the assigned switch for horizon mode and it will always be in acro by default 🙌🏼
Don't want to speak on Mike's behalf, but the Protek is known to fly very well, much better than other cinewhoops. I think most people would take the Protek over the Bumblebee any day.
@@michaelc5027 thank you Michael. That's the impression I have about the two. I am currently using a betafpv 95x and at some point I would probably like to have a cinewhoop with a bit more power for a fullsize gopro.
@@DroneSupremacy thank u so much.. just got mine.. just wondering what rate u were using when u were cruising on top of that lake there?.... I bought mine because of this videos
Woah, amazing review and LUTs :) Also very nice and sharp quality, many time youtubes really mess this up. Yours is great! What are the GoPro settings?
Thank you Robert! It's pretty simple - 4K 30fps 4:3, no stabilisation (I use reelsteady), 1/60 shutter, ISO 100 (Max 200 if there are some strong shadows)Native WB and Sharpness: Low and of course ND filters (I used ND32 for the bike shots) After that it's all about grading & editing!
@@DroneSupremacy Thanks! Good point about RealSteady - looking just at many different youtube videos IMHO it better than GoPro stabilization which is doing lots of "sharp stops" in the footage. With Real Steady gyro data really helps to estimate what will happen in the "future frames" and in result you get smoother video. Can't wait for my Protek 35. It's in "processing" status on Banggood for about a month ;) I didn't yet decide to buy GoPro. Probably it's worth waiting for version 10 around september ;)
Yep if you have one laying around I'd advise you to get the quad and just put the air unit, you'll have both better reception and better video in the goggles. It's worth it.
Thanks for the insight Mike! I'm all about anything I can mount my GoPro9 to. It's got the best footage to date....at least until something better comes along. 😉😉😉
Great video, I love this drone. Question, I have the djiFPV, can I use my dji goggles and iF8 controller. What do I need to look for if my buying protek 35? I really wanna make sure. Thanks in advance
Wow! That's a beast! You really seem to enjoy it a lot! I guess you need to register it and put the certificate number on the drone also (at least here in Canada we must do it). Your intro was fire by the way! It looks like the beginning of a professional tv show :) Great job as always Mike!
STOP IT MIKE!! I can't afford any more drones! 😂😂😂 Nah this cinewhoop does look amazing though and so cool to see this kind of all-in-one drone appearing on the market. Thanks for the honest review as always
I looked at your reviews for DJI FPV and for this FPV ... after looking at the review for DJI FPV, I started to doubt the quality of that drone ... then I started looking for some alternatives, and found this drone ... and again, after your review, I completely gave up on the idea to buy this FPV ... I don't know what to think anymore ... Is the recording quality on the DJI FPV drone really that bad? Anyway, thank you for the honest and objective reviews ... Like 471 and new friend here
For 90% of people the DJI FPV quality would be good enough, I just didn't like it that much to be honest. It's not a bad drone but it was just not for me.
@@DroneSupremacy Thanks buddy! Can you tell me if the recording quality is about the same as with the DJI Mini 2? I have a Mini 2, so your answer would give me some better idea of the quality

what goggle do u use ?
Is there a possibility that you can post your whole Bteaflight settings?
Wow, love the editing in sync with the music. 🔥
Is it possible to use 4s batteries with the 6s version?

Is this suitable for the first fpv drone?
Yes!
why you use 6s batteries with 4s motors KV ?? is that not suppost to? or you change the motors?
It's a 6S drone!
@@DroneSupremacy what's the motor KV?
@@julitovlogiando 2500 KV, but on smaller 2203.5 motors. The 4S version comes with 3600KV motors :)
@@DroneSupremacy ooohh shit I didn't know!!! Thank you bro... Mine is 6s too, I never try it with ot
Nice one. I have a question ., I have the same one buts is normal when you arm the quad the motors spin a lot.
This is normal, the motors should be spinning fast after you have armed the quad. As long as it's not flying away on it's own then you're fine
@@michaelc5027 I was surprised how they spin. I have a few 5in from Iflight and non of them spin like med. Thanks 😊
@@damianperalta3389 Smaller motors with higher KV, so you're getting more spin than your 5" quads. You got it and happy flying 😁👍
Hey is this the 6s version? which batteries are u using?
Yes, 6S! I use CNHL 1200 & 1300 mAh batteries, i tend to use the 1200 ones on this quad more because they're a bit less heavy.
@@DroneSupremacy thanks bro! just ordered some from CNHL =] is this the Nebula nano version? is it as bad as people say?

6S!
is this better than a diatone taycan?
Yes, 100%
Great shot u did there.. Just wondering if it's easy to control with 6s 1300mah during slow cruising?... 😅
Yes! Maybe not at first but with a bit of practice it's not hard to control.
