feel like this wasn't presented at it's best potential, short clips, glazed over, really, a trailer for the real tour. you guys need to get Enes over to do this home justice. Not that you either of were less than, but Enes, there's no one better. you want this place showcased, and seen by millions, get Enes over there ASAP. I'm left wanting to see more and feel like this was barely a tease. You guys excel in sales, he excels at packaging properties like this.
That's true even though I'm not about promoting others's channel on top of someone else work but this focus 11 min video feels like a rushed 2 minute video. The two guys touring the house were good but we come at an age where full and details tour are viewers satisfaction whish Mr Enes and Aquaholic does it the best!

Thank you for bringing Enes..but guys lemme tell u , the whole place looks like an amazing art piece..I APPLAUD u for the dark finishes.. spectacular finishes and smart ideas...what a sexy and classy property... especially the white chandelier looks like a classy formal woman's dress the way it spills to the floor..the stonework mind boggling... and the fireplace it's awesome,never seen this kind of finishes before..the funny thing is I'm half Greek half Russian and I loved the vodka room..i could see myself bringing my cousins and Uncles for a shot and talk about how ridiculously awesome the room is.too lazy to write about everything..but a spectacular property

everything in this house is exquisite. it's like The One, but with sophistication and thought put into it. the carved marble fireplace, the swarovski floor to ceiling chandelier are absolute works of art.
The furniture in this house is the most gorgeous I've ever seen. It makes the furniture in The One look like it came from a discount box store.

Just discovered your chanel and you did a great job with the walkthrough. Most homes of this caliber in LA are white on white on white - boring! This house screams 70's Las Vegas bling, and I love it!! This house checks all the boxes, and I love the custom furnishings.

Kudos on bringing Enes in to do a tour. He's a great resource for the LA real estate community.
As for the house itself, I really like it and think it's a vast improvement over the typical "white walls and floors" of the contemporary LA mansion scene. It is, however, overpriced. They're being mum on the official square footage but said in the WSJ that it's "30 to 40 thousand square feet". So lets say 35k. In October 2019, 924 Bel Air sold for $101M with all its furniture. It's 38K sqft. The market hasn't changed much, if any, in the last 2-3 years. So at the end of the day, I expect this place to sell for $2500-2800 per square foot.
Well 924 bel air was sold a few years ago, property rates have increased vastly and so much that houses that used to be 20 Mil are now 40 or 50 sometimes so 139 is something they have been forced into plus if they put 139 it will then sell on 100m and by the looks of it, this house is gonna be sold in no time
@@muqe2994 Rates in Bel Air definitely have not increased that much. The price per square foot is roughly the same on houses over 20k square feet.
You guys are forgetting the sale of The One. I feel like that sale has changed real estate in Bel Air now. 105,000 estate few blocks away from this one and it sold for $126,000,000, which is roughly $1200psf. So this house coming anywhere near its asking price is impossible in today's market
@@avijeet1670 the one sale wasn't a normal sale it was an auction and many other houses are sold in auction which are sold in third of their original price thanks to auction. Their is a clear difference between this house and one. One was everything bigger and badder. When houses like 924 and one are made, they are made according to the liking of maker rather then how to satisfy the needs of buyer. This house checks alot of boxes of a normal buyer. Yes maybe it won't sell in 139 million but it will sell on about 80 to 100 million( just a guess don't come at me when it sells for less) plus this conversation is when the one was still on the market. The one had a lot of issues that resulted in such a heavy loss.
@@avijeet1670 The One’s auction price isn’t really relevant to other pieces of real estate in Bel Air. It only pulling down $1200 p/ft didn’t suddenly tank the market. This place won’t sell for under $2k p/ft.

It maybe like the one but the interior designer put a lot of effort into the warming feels color and add more detailing material. This is almost a Ardy Tavangarin mixed with Las Vegas Blue heron work on a trending expensive L.A Marble modern mansion

This house is definitely not for Angelinos or a celebrity at all. A foreigner buyer is definitely gonna buy this trust me. People in LA don't want this kind of extravagant interior anymore. We will see

Love the house, thank you for sharing! As Macassar Ebony is my favorite wood to work and build with, I must tell you, it's from Indonesia not Africa. They must harvest it via helicopter as the forests are too dense to log in which, fortunately, means that it is not endangered even though it is usually around $100/board foot. Can't wait to see Enes' tour!

Question. They mentioned it is difficult to get permission to build rooftops in L.A. Can somebody, please, tell me why? It is one of the best features in a property especially when the location provides with marvelous views over the ocean and the city. Why the concerned authorities wouldn't allow it? Thanks in advance for the information.
Really nice house ..even if imo it's not the ideal place to live in ... it looks too much like a hotel. I personally like the colour pallet even though I can understand why some people would find it too dark.

I have heard the lot alone cost the delevoper 80 Million Dollar… Image buying land for that much and you don’t Even have Started building. I think the House is worth somewhere around 40-50 Million Dollar But because of the Location it is 130 Million 😅

It's like a Las Vegas steakhouse.
The problem I have is I want to be alone when I'm at home. These giant homes will always have someone in them somewhere, they have to because there is always something needing tending. They require waitstaff. That's the only thing I don't like, you can't be assured you're alone and secure, its too big for that. I would like to know what is the largest home that you can guarantee your own privacy.

140 million? Good luck. It is hideously overpriced. Even great realtors likes you won't sell it for anywhere near that price. The opulence is too over the top.
