I'm having problems filling this out because I'm a little confused about 5a I already have power of attorney but I guess you have to fill this form out as well so if somebody can help me out with 5A I would really appreciate it I don't know what to put there. I have to mail the send because of a qualifying dependent that I'm claiming which is my daughter because I have supported her all year long even though she's married her husband is in the military and he is not supporting her I am so because her social was recognized once in the system it's bouncing me back to I have to mail mine in crap otherwise it would have been as simple as electronically filing and I wouldn't be dealing with this garbage right now.
