    Thank you! I am filling this out as the Executive Director of my non profit that has choosen not to sit on the Board as I am applying for tax exemption status. This made the form far less intimidating. Thank you!

    I have a situation where I filed for a deceased parent and they already filed. Now there is a large overpayment. I can't get that back because the IRS has locked the account. As the executor of the estate can I sign this on behalf of my deceased parent to gain IRS access?

    Who is going to sign the last part 2 Declaration of representative? Is it the Representative? I am a family member and want to Represent my mom for her taxes. In that case, I don't have any license number, so what should I write in that Column?
