1966 Chevrolet Chevy II / Nova 525hp LS3 Pro Touring Build Project
This blue 1966 Chevy Nova was a ProTouring build by our restoration and Speed Shop. The Chevy II received a LS conversion with the addition of a 525hp LS3 and TREMEC 5 speed. Billet Specialties wheels showcase Wilwood disc brakes. The air ride suspension controls ride height and delivers amazing road manners.

Had to of been an amature build the first time. Or a shop that was sub par. Glad to see this one saved before it was too late. 66 Nova are good looking cars. But after seeing the bubbles of rust why not just start clean and send it to the sand blaster. Rotisserie it and fix it up right. That's my only negative on this one.
Amazing build! Love the white interior! Would like to see you do a 69 firebird build? Competition orange exterior, white interior, with tons of unneeded horse power. Low to the ground, of course.
Very nicely done. One thing I would change though would be the wheels, a little on the too tall side of things. It's a shame that it had to be done over. What a waste of money n the first go round. Crazy on the amount of rust under that roof skin.
Agree. Max size for this car, my preference, is 18" fronts with 19" rears. Also, I think these look better with the stock hood.
These corner cutting profit flippers are such a waste of resto time. thankfully, we have true artists that find these sad cases and fix then proper!
Of all the things put into this build, I love the interior the most. Especially the Head liner! Awesome job guys!!!

That is a BMF great job I did 67 2 hours and 10 minutes client flipped it 383 M22 Ford 9 inch linked same Wildwood set up rack tubular A frames made me sick after the lecture this is not a toy your work is beautiful how many months????

@ki0ng No.. I think he was into money and no shits given that he'd be dumping crap rebuilds onto people who'd have to deal with the shitty job falling apart in a few months!
@ki0ng I don't know.. Who'd throw $150K onto a watch. Pay $10,000 to be the 1st to own an X-box.. people will pay for their passions and others will prey on those passions for quick profit. And I believe that old piece of iron is worth the effort and attention to detail that the 2nd resto put into it!
