    19:11 Is the small pedal on the far left and slightly raised called an "E Brake?" What does that mean and what does it do? Thank you for any reply as I am brand new to the world of hot rods/street rods and resto mods.

      That car had about 80-100k in just parts going into it... nevermind the amount of fabrication/paint/bodywork/wiring involved. Like anything levels to quality and goals... but i'd guess that car would be in the 150-250k range to have built. Leaning on the higher-end of those numbers. It's a great build with a great attention to details-
