I'm a bit late to the video but my immediate though for the signature when I started thinking of this as an Oathbreaker was Radstorm from the Fallout decks. I was surprised it wasn't here, helps get you to the -10 while also synergizing with cards like Spellgorger Weird or any other counter-based strategies in Izzet colors. It basically doubles down on all the noncreature spell cast triggers for Ral while also synergizing with a lot of stuff. I'm thinking of building it for my first deck since I havent played a spellslinger deck for a while, only when I started playing Magic around 2018, and would love to try it again. I do like that idea you proposed of spamming zero cost artifacts and then having the signature be a spell to return them to hand, might have to try something like that as an alternate way to get the -10, those would be very powerful with Storm as well.
I ran a legacy deck based around the idea long ago that could go off on turn 2. It would be harder in a singleton format, I think there's 30 to 40 artifacts you could use still though so it could work ands super unique
While I’m not a Ral planeswalker fan, this oathbreaker just happens to be the perfect fit for a spellslinger starter deck I’m building to help people get into the format!
Surge to Victory! The card is always underestimated in commander and it’s a great finisher in Oathbreaker as I’m running it in my Royal Scions; Seven Dwarves deck!
This seems like a fun deck that will keep the table on alert

Oooh dang I like the sound of that! If I had thought of Radstorm I'd have put it on the list!
