I mean yeah it would be 😂 but I like the versatility of these guys pretty good. I got a ton of stuff that does kinda what he does in the deck so it wouldn’t be a bad idea. I just wanted a deck to cover all fumulus’s avenues so that I can pivot my gameplay but there isn’t any reason not to use fleshbag he’s very good
very interesting video i'm using fumulus and the endless cockroaches in my everth deck cause she is a sac outlet during my turn. you have an infinite sacrifice loop if you equip the deathrender to the cockroach, and have a sac outlet. then gain an enormous board with the fumulus effect. after that you can use "eliminate the competition" to destroy a lot of opponent creatures, or using with this combo, the bastion of remembrance to drain all you opponents😄
This commander is so good for drain I was thinking about going full drain 😂 but I decided to try this out (because I have 2 drain decks) which turned pretty good! Also why have I never seen Eliminate the Competition before?! That’s literally perfect for this deck. Atm I’m using champion of stray souls to cycle all my stuff out of my graveyard which is so good at making tokens with Fumulus so I’ve decided to go the Mirkwood bats route which is so good 🥹🤌🏻

I reallllly don’t think so, I think you kinda want the same thing at first however Fumulus wants to use your opponents graveyard while vren wants to basically just get rid of it all together. Imo I think Fumulus gives more value during the course of the game. (Cards like champion of stray souls is super useful for example) Also Fumulus say “whenever a player” which means sacing your own stuff for value is super important for the build which vren doesn’t want to do so, it wants to keep your rats. Both are very good and very explosive but the way they do so is different but viable!
