You’re a gentleman John. You made his day.
Thank you, it was a lot of fun.
made his year and emptied his bank account....😂😂😂
Have to say , a very classy move,to let Roman shoot your rifle, but also teach him trigger pull and help him shoot well. An act of a gentleman. I am proud to have seen it on video. Thank you......for being who you are. It would be an honor to meet you someday. Maybe at 2025 Shot show......please let us know if you'll be there. Thanks again.
Thank you, that's very kind of you. And yes, I'll be at SHOT 2025 👍🏻
That gun is smooth as butter. Very nice.
That was very awesome of you John. This vid made me smile. Nice you guys. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
One day, I need to come down that way. Hard to get away from Alaska. Always a logistical challenge. Thanks for all the great videos John. I’ve learned a lot with different equipment, you save me some money and cost me some, haha
Great video. I've met so many good folks at matches. I went to my first 100yd benchrest match to observe. Didn't have my load development finished. A gentleman I had never met insisted I shoot his rifle in the match. Probably a $5k 30BR custom rig. Needless to say I am hooked!
That's great and sometimes that's all it takes. Always great when good people help out.
It’s about the only way to get new shooters to try out a new discipline, to try it with a fantastic shooter like John & let him try out he’s rifle and he’s setup. Wish I lived closer to that type of range. Keep up the good work John…..
Thank you and I totally agree. If it wasn't for someone doing the same thing for me I would've suffered longer than needed with less than ideal gear.
Great to see someone who has a spotlight on them like you do John, sharing with a fellow enthusiast at the range. Nicely done sir.
Thank you. I appreciate that.
Cool video… really liked Roman’s gun too!
Yeah he had a few really great looking guns.
John is super nice. Talked to my son and I for a half hour at nationals this past spring.
We call guys like this GC's in New Zealand and Aussie
Yes we do mate, shit hot comment I'm pissing my self laughing cheers Yogi 👍
It’s all worth it when you see that smile, and the wow factor
Yeah for sure, I was so happy when he started giggling because I know that feeling and it's awesome.
I have found the nicest people shooting F class. Good job John.
Thank you
Absolutely brilliant mate, camaraderie to the max!
One day at my local club I got to shoot a Chandler rifle, it was an honor to shoot it. Thanks to a retired Marine who gave me that gift. It was 30 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday.
That's awesome sportsmanship.
That's what it's all about
Ver cool John! Made Roman’s day.
Nice of you to help. Kind of you
Thank you
That was kind of you to let him shoot your gun!! Awesome
It was my pleasure.
Nothin like shamin a dude with his Tikka lol 🤨
Awesome! Lucky guy!
These are the best times at the range. Sharing with fellow enthusiasts
Good on you John.
Thank you, it was fun and I'd gladly do it for anyone else I met at the range.
Awesome. Maybe I’ll run into you some day out there John. I dont use the long range course due to work schedule but I’m on the other ranges occasionally.
Yeah for sure but sadly I never shoot there unless I'm using the 1000yd range.
That makes my day
Class act.
Maybe a Paradigm barrel. The fiber pattern kind of looks like the Paradigm barrel on my RimX.
John, do you have any footage of setting up that rifle? Is that your new Dima stock, can you show how hoe finished it and set it up? thanks
Very cool!
That's really cool!
Yeah it was fun
That was cool and always fun to get to shoot someone else’s rifle.
It does show with the right equipment is does shorten some of the learning curve. Now just the reloading part and wind reading are left.
💯: This idea that "my gun can out-shoot me so I'll buy a new gun when I learn to shoot half inch groups" is so silly: you can't shoot half inch groups if your gun can't shoot half inch groups! I can't remember who said it, but one of the channels I follow said "it's true, I can usually shoot my students guns better than they can, but they can ALWAYS shoot my gun better than they can shoot their own gun!"
not sure if you were agreeing with me or not
@@dickmanhardt7617 100% I agree with you.
@@dickmanhardt7617 You need equipment that can shoot to learn to shoot. I was going to say you might get something from dryfire training on a rifle that doesn't shoot, but even dry firing an old rusty rifle won't have the training value that training on a good trigger will have! I absolutely agree you need good equipment to train on!
John, What cartridge do you use for most of your long range shooting?
7prcw
Great Video 💯Thank you 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Thank you, I appreciate that.
😊
Portland Oregon, Holly smokes. I'm in South Florida, my god I'm on the other end of the world. LOL. John What Trigger so you have on there?
I run the Flavio Veloce trigger
@@FClassJohn excellent!!
What stock are you using?
That's an X-Ring stock.
🤘🏻
Did you get to shoot Romans gun?
where do i acquire a mudflap for the barrel? i have targets out to a mile, and shoot quite a bit.. the mirage gets tough after a box of ammo.
