The higher the omega 3 index the higher LDL lipoprotein. If you have low omega 6 high omega 3 your LDLs will go up meaningfully. There is graphs that show the relationship with omega 3 and LDL and to get a good level you'll have LDL levels that will scare most doctors but LDL isn't anything to fear.
