Agree about the mayo. Gotta be that really tangy mayo in a chicken burger (same for a BLT). I find if you can't get hold of a Miracle Whip type mayo in the UK, then a garlic mayo like the one Stokes make or the Waitrose garlic mayo are two good alternatives - they don't really taste like garlic, imo. They just taste really tangy.
If u cant find nice mayo, then another good alternative is to mix the mayo with sriracha (popular hot sauce from thailand). Its incredibly delicious
